It’s located near everything that is convenient. It’s not too far from what you need such as restaurants, shopping stores, or fun amenities like Kemah Boardwalk!

It’s not that I didn’t like, but was a little cautious for it being tucked away in the corner, however, it really was a nice stay.

Very Uncomfortable... stressful

The staffing and management were very professional and nice and apologetic

My room door was very hard to get in...once inside it was roach infested I brought food and wasn't able to cook so I had to spend extra money that I didn't have... room had a AC unit on floor told by management that it would keep cool by the end of the day I needed 2 fans and it was still hot throughout the night my guest left because it was uncomfortable the roaches was horrible...very uncomfortable couldn't rest I checked out around 7:00am

Would be awesome if you brought back the hot breakfast ! I would like to see and medical discount for the guest that have to go to the doctors. I go once a month and it is hard on my finances on a fixed income.

Don't stay here

I liked that it was separate rooms and it had a kitchenette.

I didn't like that it's basically ran by teenagers and the manager was never there to handle the problems that we had with our room. We got a room for 5 nights and the first night we were there the toilet ended up leaking water all over the floor and out to the carpet. We told them the next morning and they said they would get someone out, 6 hours later I had to complain again and they finally got maintenance to come fix the toilet but that's all he did. So we had to stay in a room with wet, smelly carpet!!! Because they were full! Then when I finally did talk to a manager she said she could only give me 5% of each night back on my card, which only came out to be $13 dollars total!!!!

Tv not working, very little cereal

Front desk personal was great as well as maintenance manager, room was super clean, beds were comfy

Room we got had a TV that didn't worked at all, called the hotel manager and no answer and were told to go thru booking.com to get it solved, with two little kids you need tv specially after a long drive, also the breakfast runs out fast we got there at 8:20am and they had no bacon, no coffee, nothing but oat milk and cereal and some bagels by then.

the alarm went on and off all night, we spent most of the night outside, the manager was not on site and didn’t even show up the next day! we were charged the full price for it! the rooms are old, the sofa bed unusable (the floor was more comfortable), the floor in the bathroom was ripping off.

Very good

I always like to have at least one bed in a separate room so my youngest can sleep well. The full sized dining table was a pleasant surprise. And having a working kitchen makes the trips much more affordable.

The teeny tiny sink makes is hard to wash dishes (but better than no sink at all!) The living room chair was very old and sagging. Just make sure you bring a couple extra pillows and it's fine though.

It was only 1 night but still had a couple hiccups. Hotel staff was wonderful.

Decent location. Room was a good size. Not much further passed the busy highway and streets of the mall and restaurants but well within a 10 minute drive. Closer to Space Center and lake amenities.

Room was ok. Had to switch from 1 to another due to AC not working. Keys also had a tendency to quit working. Hotel staff was quick to address all issues though.

My Stay Gets A Resounding Thumbs down 👎🏼

Location was good. Convenience to various locations in the area.

I chose Townplace Suites by Marriott because of the reputation of the hotel chain. I never expected the following: The desk clerk gave us one key although there was four adults staying in the suite. We stayed five days and was never contacted by them when asked for additional keys. The desk clerk said they had a shortage of keys. Also, our kitchen and bathroom floors were warped and hard to walk on. We were given one ice tray and an ice bucket to make our own ice. Hence, no icemaker. There was a huge desk with an attached wall cabinet next to my bed. When I got up in the middle of the night I hit my head on the corner of the cabinet. Its been six days and I am still experiencing pain.

My son wanted to visit the Space Center for his 11th birthday. This hotel was great for our family if 5! I also requested a birthday sign when I booked the hotel but wasn’t sure if they’d be able to do it. When we walked into our room there was a big white board with a birthday message and it helped make our trip even more special!

Spacious room with all the amenities you need for bathroom, kitchen, and living room. Breakfast was beyond my expectation for a 2 star hotel.

Property, the tiles or lamination were coming out in Kitchen and bathroom. Beds were not comfortable. AC thermostat cannot get controlled . Sometime it was very cold or very warm on increasing the temperature a little.

Great location, lots of room, but needs some TLC.

Very close to Houston Space Center. Plenty of space to accommodate group.

Very dated rooms. Flooring was bubbling and peeling. Water spots and damage on the ceiling. We didn’t have hot water the second morning, making showers not so fun. And the breakfast was dismal.
