Loved the location & value

It was close to everything so we could walk to town & shop.

I didn’t like that our room cards were deactivated as soon as we woke up on the day of checkout. We weren’t able to get ice or reenter our room with the key & check out was at 11am.

Clean and spacious, comfortable bed

Room was very clean and surprisingly spacious! Had a nice little deck with a view of the Rock. I requested a second floor room after reading reviews that said the first floor was noisy. Second floor was very quiet (I did use the fan for white noise). Bed was comfortable. Everything was great!

My best stay in Morro bay! We go every few months and this one beat all the other properties.

Spacious room, great view of Morro rock from balcony, which made watching the sunset magical. Loved that they gave doggie treats and poop bags.

they ask by text if you want your room cleaned, I said no day 1 and yes day 2, which only involved some towels, no made beds or more cups. did get some from the maid on our own.

Always a great stay

Always very clean. Great location with ocean views and within walking distance to great eateries and entertainment. Also, the water pressure in the shower was awesome! AND I loved that they had a soft water filter that was great for my dry skin. Very nice touch!

It was a great price and location but wouldn't stay again.

The Inn is in a good location, very central and easy walk to the waterfront. The rooms were large and clean, we were able to get a ground floor room which we wanted. The area itself was very peaceful.

Our main problem was the heating system which was super loud both in the rooms we were in but also when our heaters were off we were able to hear the loud sound from the room above. This, plus the fridge sound and some other noise from the ceiling pipes led to a pretty sleepless night.

Nice accommodation with a view a short walk from the waterfront in the heart of Morro Bay.

King-size bed was comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a fridge and coffee maker in the room. The communication with staff over text was most convenient. Sunset off the deck was excellent and it was a short walk to the waterfront. Lots of good dining options a short walk from the Inn.

Items in the bath, etc. need a bit of maintenance. All worked fine luckily.

Clean comfortable room and view. It is a short walk to the harbor. We had a second floor room with a small balcony looking west. We would happily stay here again.

The small window facing the parking lot needs a blackout shade! It was a frosted window, but super bright because of the outside lights and it reflected in the mirror making the room like daylight all night. The “outdoor patio” was not pleasant!

Wonderful Morro Bay Weekend

Clean and spacious room with a very comfortable bed. There was an in-room microwave, an impressively modern refrigerator, and in-room coffee. Great location, within walking distance of everything. Amazing view of the Morro Bay Rock!

Not a problem for my group, really, but there was no housekeeping--not even daily replenishment of TP or toiletries: you had to go down to the office to get more. Our shower was also completely out of shampoo and shower gel.

Good for a short stay.

Perfectly good for our one-night stay in Morro Bay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and shower were good - plenty of hot water and pressure. It’s a very short drive to the main part of town with restaurants and shops. The check in was easy and friendly.

There’s no carpeting, so the room felt a bit cold - not temperature, which was fine, but not what we’d call inviting. We were happy with it for the 1 night we were there, and a second night would have been fine, too. I wouldn’t stay there for a longer visit. There’s no couch, just a bed and 2 chairs, so not really a good place for a quiet evening watching TV unless you want to watch from bed or a straight back chair.

Perfect sister trip stay!

The place was perfect - normally I go the airbnb route - but this time around it made sense to check out the hotel options. This was a great place to stay - big room, sweet balcony looking out to the rock - and a sweet little gift bag for the doggie. Quiet, well maintained, easy walking distance to just about anything you could think of.

It’s walking distance to downtown Morro Bay .

Room #116 is falling apart ! The bathroom toilet wand is falling off the wall. Also bed sheets were stained in BLOOD from previous person . That means sheets weren’t CHANGED . I WILL not Stay there AGAIN

Nice location, close the Morro Rock, easy access to the freeway, and the room is big with 2 queen bed, and very clean. If I visit Morro Bay I'll stay here again.

Definitely a hotel that I will stay at every time I visit

It was perfect location for me and my boyfriend. The room was big enough. Refrigerator is big enough for lots of food. The beds are so comfortable. I slept like a baby and the workers treated us very well.

Lovely stay close to harbor

Very dog friendly. Treated us with a doggie gift bag. Loved the space with a little patio and wood flooring in room. Close to harbor. Little further to beach but we are walkers. Close to rest of town.

Good comfort and value for a mid-range priced pet-friendly motel at a tourist destination

If you are traveling with your dog this motel is beyond "pet friendly." They have a pet washing station, they give dog treats, and they give you a card with info including a local vet.

Good location in town. Pretty good amenities. Clean. Pet friendly. Good price.

Bed sheets weren't the best. The noise from people walking upstairs was pretty bad. Not a fan of the shower.
