My favourite place on this side of heaven.

My wife and I loved the king-sized bed ,very comfortable, unlike other places in the town. As we know, half the fun is finding that gem . The other is exploring the beautiful town and surroundings beaches and restaurants..I love this place and it's people

The staff was friendly I’ve stayed here before on the bottom floor and didn’t have any problems with the cleanliness.

The view was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable.

The room needs a lot of TLC! Shutters are broken to the only window with the view. Chairs looked dirty with stains bathroom had hairs on the floor that weren’t mine 😬 carpet was dirty. Stair carpets were pretty dirty too but it was raining.

Most everything else. Our room was billed as “ocean view.” Only one section of one shutter worked for a peek view. Three stars? But there were no amenities.

Amazing value for money!

The hotel was a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other hotels we’ve been staying at on our trip. It was cute and nice and quiet, only a short walk down to the pier. Staff was friendly and the room was well cleaned and kept, bedding was comfortable and I loved the modern shower with the glass door. Free parking and wifi as well! For the price I paid this hotel really impressed me even in my brief time spent there, I would highly recommend.

Nothing! Fair warning to people who struggle walking on an incline, the walk back up to the hotel from the pier is quite steep.

Great location with a beautiful view on they Bay. You could see Morro Rock and watch sunset from the windows of your room and a nice terrace next to the room . Very clean and comfortable room.

Mattress is slightly uncomfortable. Upholstery on furniture has unsettling permanent stains that presumably just won't come off after cleaning. Hopefully. Low water pressure on shower. Microwave precariously stacked on refrigerator, which is stacked on a tiny accent table.

Older place. But done well. Modernized. Fair rates. Clean rooms. Bigger than your average room. Close to the strip and beach. Real close. Quiet. And very nostalgic vibe. Had microwave small coffee maker fridge tables and chairs and dressers. Smoking section balcony. I enjoyed it.

The room was clean and had a table and chairs as well as a coffee maker with supplies. There was more than enough pillows and the air conditioner worked well. The bathroom had soap and shampoo dispensers in the walk-in shower.

The windows had large shutters that would not stay in an "open" position which meant I had to completely open the shudders to the sides of the window to take advantage of the ocean view.

Nice room. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Loved the second story community patio at this establishment which had a great view of Morro Rock and the bay. This establishment had great parking and was within walking distance of the bayside restaurants and attractions. I would stay here again.

No wake-up call service, no in-room clocks. I’m old fashioned, I don’t like relying on my cell phone for everything but otherwise good.

Restful and fun

Loved the beach feel of the place. Very convenient to the main part of town. Room was comfortable and clean and we had a nice view. It was fun to hear the sea lions barking.

Nice stay and close walk to downtown.

Newly remodeled rooms. They did a nice job. The shower had very hot water ( I loved that) and good water pressure. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The room was large and spacious. They have a couple of patio areas that were very nice to hang out and enjoy the evening.

Great over night stay

Perfect for a small family of 4. My kids are young so a queen bed was perfect for them to share. Close distance to walk anywhere for shopping and eating right next to the bay. Even if u don't have the "bay view" room, it is an open outdoor hallway so you can still see the beautiful Morro Rock. Easy to use amenities.

The tv was a bit difficult to navigate. Previous visitors didn't clear their streaming log-ins. This is NOT on the business fault. The mini fridge was buzzing loudly. We were next to the stair, so it was a little loud.
