Beautiful location, excellent staff, could be cleaner

I hate complaining but there were signs that the room wasn’t completely cleaned. there was a necklace left behind by a previous guest on the nightstand ( we moved the necklace before pic was taken), stains on the box cover, etc

Very pleasant stay.

Bed was super comfy. Probably the comfiest bed we’ve had so far from the different hotels we’ve stayed in. We had a gorgeous view out our window of the bay and the proximity to everything was great. We didn’t have cleaning staff come until the middle of our stay, but they did a very thorough job.

The fridge froze some of our items despite being on the lowest freezer setting (if not off). The shower pressure and shower head made it difficult to take a good shower. We also really wished for a fan or some other ventilation in the bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay. Great location with a great small town feel.

I absolutely loved the location. Only a couple minutes to walk to the bay which had lots of food options, shopping, and beautiful views.

The only thing that was slightly frustrating was how big of a dip there is on both entries. Not like we drive like maniacs but if you don't want to rub the bumper of your car take it extra slow.

The bottom of the bathroom door was swollen, from a previous tub overflow, I suspect. The door wouldn't open all the way. I bonked my noggin on it.

The office was never open. We bought sweatpants for my son and left them in the room, the next morning after the cleaners were in there, the pants had bleach stains on them. :(. No conditioner or lotion and the snack machine didn’t work.

Great restaurant across the street and two blocks from the additional restaurants and shops on the embarcadero. A comfortable walk to several other restaurants and shops in downtown area.

Location

Room was dirty. Hair in the sink, tub and walls of the bathroom. Floor was filthy around the toilet. Smelled horribly of pine sol. Furniture drawers were hard to open. Trash bags missing out of the trash cans. Tooth paist left on the sink handle. Dust on the light fixtures in the bathroom. Most of the furniture was beat up. There was a pile of food in the walkway outside the door when we left. Towels were like sand paper. Let my kid walk around the room barefoot, and her feet were black within 15 mins. Floors were absolutely disgusting.

I liked the 2 separate rooms, the beds were super comfortable, i liked that they had the shampoo and conditioner in the shower instead of the small ones that other hotels give. I liked fire the pits and the location was great. The staff was super nice

Walking distance to everything was closs by.

Not having any sort or grab n go breakfast but wanting the keys returned ro the office. No, Im not walking the extra distance when I can leave them in my room. Juice and packaged pastries really isn't alot. The room was nice, you can see rhe water and. Nice view if the rock. The room had 2 coaches and was comfortable. But when any room around you goes in or out rhe doors slam loud!!!
