    We got there a little early and the staff accommodated us and gave us our room a little earlier than the 4 pm check-in time. Location is literally a block and a half away from the embarcadero. We only stayed one night, but it was comfortable and convenient.

    Large room, clean & nice staff. The table, chairs & fixtures were run down, lots of scratches on furniture & rusting fixtures. Although if the updated this it would prob be double the rate 😉

    The room we stayed in had bed bugs. Upon reporting this to receptionist, she refused to accept the fact. We took photo and video as evidence. Upon showing them she still refused to accept it. Upon further discussing with her, we got another room for the night as there was no other option. Would not recommend
