A clean, comfortable stay in a perfect location with an amazing view of Morro Rock.

Everything was nice and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is excellent, and the view of Morro Rock is fabulous. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the area.

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. If anything, we only wished we could stay longer. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Budget motel near harbor that is very clean.

The location is walking distance to Embarcadero St and the water. Many restaurants and shops are there. You can see Morro Rock from second floor. Coffee maker in room worked well. Main Street a block away.

Location and very friendly staff. The rooms are very clean.

I had a bottom floor room and people above me were moving things around late at night and making loud banging noises. I called the office the second night and they took care of it.

I used Booking to book my stay. Upon arrival I was told (correctly) that my stay was for the following day. Pre-paid no cancellations / changes allowed. The receptionist made a phone call and was so nice to make the change at no charge.

location, tv stations, shower was ok, but bench for handicap is pretty uncomfortable and unsafe.

cobwebs on ceiling, darkness of room, uncomfortable bed, older furniture, room may have looked like this once but not the one we got. Should have taken pictures. Couldn’t use the electric sockets on the lamp wouldn’t fit not enough room, bring a n extra long cord for your phone. Should remove carpet, I tripped over the bunching in areas- be careful on those. Tried to check out but office personnel was across the street “ washing his car”. He did leave a note on the office door. Had to put our keys in the night slot. He was a nice guy at check in.

Won’t be back very disappointed

The wrong room no balcony I book a balcony room! Shower no water pressure I was not able to wash my hair! They key to the room one didn’t work then went to car to get something then both keys would not open the door to the room went downstairs to have the guy reactivate both keys! What a mess!!!!!

walking distance to shore

I paid extra for a view of Morro rock, but it was blocked by a tree and partially by a building. I was very disappointed as that view is why I paid for this room. the view wasn’t what is on their profile
