    I booked a stay in a room with two queen beds through an online travel agency (OTA), as I was traveling with young kids. The hotel for some reason had it booked as a single queen bed. When I let them know of the issue, they would not change the hotel room to what I had booked without CHARGING me an additional fee. While I understand that perhaps the OTA made a mistake, I am very disappointed that the management was so inflexible to not just put us into a room with two queen beds (which they had plenty of) and make a customer happy, especially as we were not at fault and it wouldn't cost them anything additional. A sad state of human affairs, just to squeeze an additional $30 out of us.

    Room was clean and completely satisfactory for a one night stay. Very basic amenities and the room is very empty so just felt a bit sterile and clinical overall. Good location close to the harbour.

    I made my reservations through Agoda for two beds/3 nights for $*** When I got to Avisa, they said there was a glitch in the system and that I owed them $103.23 in order to get my room with Two beds. I showed them the receipt from Agoda but they said I would have to paid them the difference, which I did have to do or lose the money I already paid for the room. A Glitch? That is BS. I made reservations and it should have been abided by but they (Avisa) would not do so. I don't know if this is some kind of scam between both Agoda and Avisa or just Avisa, but, This is all very upsetting, frustrating and just Not right. I want my money back. What do I do to get it back? A glitch in the system should Not be my problem and they should have honored the original billing I received and accepted.
