Connecting door to next room allowed all sounds from that room to be heard in mine. Internet cable ran in a PVC pipe between rooms with no fire stop. That can’t be up to local building code. High school wrestling night- kids running around in hallways until 1:30am

Overall, very comfortable, cozy, and clean place to stay at.

We had the best view of the ocean and Morro Rock! The room was clean, and it was nice to have a chair available to sit on for myself and for my son. The breakfast was fine, but it gets a bit redundant the second and third days, so it's nice that there are some breakfast restaurants/cafes available nearby.

The shower head was up high, and I don't know if it's adjustable, because the water would shoot right into my face. The body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers were positioned a little to high, so it's a bit difficult to use for petite folks like myself. Also, the start of breakfast time is 7:30 am; I wish it started earlier.

San Marcos little inn Morro Bay

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am the type that puts this quality above all else. That being said, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The spa room was a big hit with my family. We will be returning next year.

ROOM WAS FINE, BUT TELL YOUR MAINTANCE MAN TO REVERSE VANITY WATER SUPPLY TO WORK PROPERLY AND INSTANT HOT WATER IS A BIG PLUS. Great place to stay when you come for a quick beach getaway

Lovely hotel. Can't beat the location - staff is first class all the way! Beds are comfortable, main room is spacious

Parking is really tight (but true of most places in Morro Bay) Bathroom window (small and high) for ventilation opens onto common walkway - so while taking a shower, you can hear people chatting as they pass by. Tiny little bathroom - have to do a little dance to get in and shut the door. No bathtub

The bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, the mirror is super low for tall people. I couldn’t see my whole face 😜. But that is not that bad. I think it is too expensive though.

Great location, easy walk to restaurants and shops - plus it has a TESLA destination charger.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. Loved the view of Morro Rock from our Balcony. Beds were comfortable. Spa was awesome. Easy to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Loved that there was a Tesla Destination charger at the hotel and it was free for our use.

The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around. Spa towels were so small, more like a hand towel.

Staff extraordinary. They looked like they enjoyed there career decisions. They were super helpful with info, ideas and local info. Balcony view of Morro Rock was awesome to wake up to and have a cup of coffee.

A bit of Maintence from what appears to be spring break booking that may have caused some damage but at least they didn’t start til we were checking out. So again very considerate of customers. Didn’t get good rest but I never do on different style beds.
