Location is close to the beach

We stayed 2 nights and when we asked for clean towels they said they didn't have any spare ones. The guest above our room had children who kept running back and forth in their room and jumping off of their bed to the floor. The noise went until the early morning hours and staff did not address it.

The room looks old and it seems like a motel more than an inn. Its too overpriced as well (190$) is too much. TV is outdated and its not a smart tv

Easy access to the Embarcadero. Nice view.

Moldy towels, leaky shower and slow drain. Pleasant staff the night we checked in - never saw a staff member after that. I guess because it was a holiday?

Dated and older, but clean, relatively quiet, and the staff are fabulous--total sweethearts. Perfect location (one block uphill from the shell shop), and it suited us well for our stay. We were there to paddle board, whale watch, and hike, so the room wasn't super-important beyond wanting it safe, clean, and close to the beach.

Having just been refurbished, the property was in tip top condition. It had all the necessary amenities in the room to get by comfortably for my family. There was also plenty of food available in close proximity.

It is hard to point out anything in particular as my stay there was really short.
