The room was clean, but dated. The bed was comfortable as long as you like thick pillows. It was pretty quiet.

Great economic hotel

Great staff, the owner is very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to downtown and Main St. . Very economical for budget minded stays.

Rooms could stand to be updated and are drafty, walls are very thin. Hotel allows dogs, which is great but, if the dogs bark continuously which happened during my stay, may get a little annoying.

Cute family run hotel

I really enjoyed staying here! Centrally located with basic amenities, somethings were a little odd like a wind up heater but it adds character to the place. The owner was so nice too, I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location in a beautiful town. The motel was exactly as expected - nothing remarkable but it did the job well.

The walls were a little thin given the student group who were staying below us. Check-in and exit felt a little soulless without much of a smile or warmth.

The location.

We were asked to move rooms just because I have my dog with me. The lady at the front desk was rude, no customer service experience. The room they gave us looked like a hospital room, very uncomfortable, and no counter space. Terrible, I'll never consider this property again.

One Night Stay

My grandkids enjoyed this place on the first night of our 10 day california road trip. Liked being in morro bay and seeing sea otters for first time. Easy parking and walking.

Loved the shower. Wide and spacious

I guess I was expecting the renovated to be more modern. No Ac except a wall mounted fan. Face wash sink was only in the bathroom. The two guest chair is old and faded. Need to update the chair.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear people walking around upstairs, their shower running or fan in bathroom making noise. I couldn’t tell which; but it is a noisy place to stay if you want quiet. Mattress was a little hard.

location was close to my assignment

I requested a quiet room for a two day stay. I was placed below stairs where I could hear everyone go up & down and next door to a dog that barked. The bathroom area had grout so dirty it was black. I sat my things on towels. I didn't even feel comfortable showering. The bed had super cheap sheets. Only a flat sheet, no fitted. I barely slept. I checked out the next morning even though it was a two day stay and was refused a refund for day two. Never Again!
