Won’t stay here again.

Fantastic location. Fridge. Closet.

Staff was disinterested. Had to prove I didn’t lie about the amount of people we had in 2 rooms. The motel closes and after hours you’re own your own. Noisy. Between the early trash truck and other guests, the people above us were an absolute nightmare of noise. Crying babies at stomping and running (and maybe JiuJitsu??) idk but it was loud from 7pm to 1am and again at 6am. Awful. Also - zero AC. Good luck with a fan blowing hot air on you.

Very comfortable and a relaxing place at a great value.

The room was very clean and neat. A little on the small size but still very comfortable. Beds were great and the shower was clean,and lots of hot water and good pressure.

This is nothing against the hotel but some of the guest above us were very loud all night fighting with a child. Door slamming and yelling and they just let the child walk all over them. We were beyond happy that they left and we saw they had way to many people in their room.

While the room was neat and clean, seems owners and staff are lax on maintenance and safety.

heater did not work. After attempting to fix by maintenance we ended up with a portable electric heater No ice at the ice machine.... The clincher was as we drove up returning from dinner a man was entering our room but quickly backed out. we thought it might be maintenance going to fix our heater but it turned he was a guest and the lady at front desk had given him a key to our room!!!!!! She said she made a mistake cause she wasnt wearing her glasses. That could have happened while we were sleeping!!!

Very kind staff and very clean rooms!

This property has rooms that are always very clean. Cleanliness is the most important thing for hotels to focus on, and they take cleaning seriously here, as all folks in hospitality should.

They were doing some maintenance on the facilities, so there were extra limitations. But they were doing a great job, and I can’t wait to see the finished product the next time I go! So, not really much but a small inconvenience.

Vicky in the office was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay!

The staff was very friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable and the location was extremely convenient for walking downtown and the Embarcadero!

Although it can’t be predicted or prevented by the staff, because I was in a lower level room, there were a couple of nights that the guests above me were loud and unruly causing sleepless nights. Unfortunately, that is always a possibility in a motel, so I certainly don’t blame the staff. I did make them aware of the problem though.

Great location, easy parking and check-in process.

Great location in proximity to Main Street. Enjoyed walking to the farmers market, as well as walking down to the shoreline. Easy parking, easy check in, friendly staff.

The pillows were flat and hard. The rooms were very dated, but we didn't spend much time there. A fine place to stay if you spend most of your time outside of the room. We just needed a place to rest our heads, and couldn't beat the location.

Amazing! area was quiet peaceful and calm yet there was so much to do in a quick instance.

Perfect location! Walking distance to Embarcadero and downtown. Good food near by as well as quick shops. Loved that there was microwave and mini full fridge included in room and a box fan for a room not having ac. In total pretty good quality for an inn usually they contain mold or smokey rooms or even loud neighbors which this did not have.

There was no ac but thankful for the heads up about the box fan and that the weather was perfect. Small shower but definitely was one of the best out there.

The room was a good size, with a large bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing. Perfect for exploring downtown. Close to store, the beach and restaurants.

I did not like the size of the shampoo and there was no conditioner. Usually I bring my own, I have a lot of hair, but this time I forgot. But that is not a deal breaker for us though. The Tv did not have a lot of channels which was a bummer.

Older style motel in great location.

An older style motel in a very good location, easy walk to main town area and also the bay where most of the action is. The lady in charge was very efficient and helpful.

The bed is only a double, after many Kings and Queen beds on our trip, we noticed the difference.

Nice room, good location, secure parking. pricing was a little high, due to location.

The room was generally clean and comfortable, and the location was near the downtown attractions.

There were a couple of small problems: there was food left over from the previous occupants in the refrigerator; the tissue box in the bathroom was almost empty; a piece of trim over the closet door was missing; and a bulb in the light fixture over the sink was out.

The property is clean, neat and well maintained. It is within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

My only complaint is that whatever cleaning agent they use in the showers is incredibly slippery. I almost killed myself getting in the first morning.
