The walls have very little noise protection between the room and floors. With noisy neighbors I recommend some good ear plugs The water pressure in our shower was extremely low and if you have long hair count in some extra time to rise the shampoo.

We liked how exceptionally clean our room was. The staff were very friendly. The location near the wharf and the restaurants was convenient, easily within walking distance.

The room was very clean. We could walk to restaurants nearby.

The only thing is we had people upstairs that were stomping or jumping around so that was kind of loud ,it sounded like they were moving furniture. It was in the evening before we went to sleep. This really was on the other guests not the property itself.

A great coastal town experience in a motel that was centrally located to the Wharf and Marina.

Breakfast not included. Our stay was peak and during Cal Poly graduation so rates seems higher. Grerat location. Next to Carla's Restaurant across the street with good food and service. One block to the Wharf and many seafood restaurants and great views of the bay and ROCK,

Our room key did not work returning late and needed to call the front desk attendant. He was prompt and helpful.

A nicely renovated classic motel with a fun beach vibe that needed a bit more attention to detail

The evening staff member called to verify our check in time and even offered to stay late by 10 min for our arrival. The room was nicely updated and clean.

The guests next door were partying, playing music, and smoking til after midnight. Walls were thin enough to hear conversations. Not the fault of the hotel necessarily, but it detracted from the experience. The bathroom vanity was missing some paint on one side. The hand soap and shower gel were switched and could not be moved.

Small room, no soundproofing, may as well have had your neighbouring room mates stay with you. Felt like they were, Zero privacy.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

I was really surprised at the quality of the room. It had amazing high-end upgrades and was very clean and comfortable. The wall heater/AC was so quiet and very efficient. This hotel is really a treat and in a great location.

Dissatisfied

No Breakfast was offered. Modern room but no closet or space to hang clothes. No drawers to put clothes in. Sparse updated room. Steel skirt around bed made noise when you got in or out of bed. We felt ripped off by the $540 a night price. Spent the next 2 nights at Bacara Ritz Carelton in Santa Barbara for less money.

Great little newly renovated hotel close to all the attractions. Must visit.

Long story, but it was late when we rolled into Morro Bay, stressed and exhausted. The guy at the front desk stayed late for us to arrive and was super nice. Park the car (free parking and accommodated our huge SUV), load into room. Wow. Super clean, brand new renovated. I was kind of blown away as the outside seemed sort of whatever. Turn on the TV, hotel channel, and we're serenaded by Aretha Franklin singing Call Me. It was exactly what I needed. Hot shower, excellent water pressure. Comfortable bed with big plush pillows. Perfect. Hotel is also in a great location. Walk down the road towards the water: turn left, walk into town with plenty of restaurants and shops; turn right, there's a diner, an old maritime museum, that big rock thing, and a beautiful beach. Great little hotel. Great little town. I'll definitely be back.
