Good value for our one night stay.

Small property, clean and nice staff.

We turned off the heater in our room as it was blowing cold air but I didn’t stop. It was noisy.

Fantastic!

It had great up to date rooms, the rooms were lovely, and the view from our window was gorgeous!! Definitely a great view to wake up and have coffee too! Short walk to many restaurants and shops! The owners were really kind and helpful! We needed a wine opener and he got one for us, no questions asked! Definitely will come back again to stay!!

A smooth, welcoming stay with great service from Dip and a super comfortable room

Huge thanks to Dip for taking care of my family and me. I had to reschedule my stay because of the weather, and even though my original booking wasn’t eligible for rescheduling or cancellation since I didn’t pay the extra fees, but they still helped me over the phone and rebooked everything without any hassle. Super helpful and genuinely kind. Check-in was smooth, the staff was welcoming, and the room was spotless. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, we all slept like a baby. Overall, a great stay and truly appreciated the extra support. Would definitely book again. 😊💕

Mellow Perfection with a View

They really deserve the five stars. You get a lot of great things, Dip and team keep the Inn spotless. Not sure if all the rooms face Main Street, but seems the majority do, so you have Morro Rock from and center. Especially in this price range, there's also very tasteful, modern updates (multiple outlets with USB charging ports bedside, a nicer slim line MCM knock off set of tables and chairs, a pretty large mini fridge, spacious and accessible bathroom) updates to the rooms even if it is an older establishment. Did I mention that picture perfect view of Morro Rock and the Pacific. Also it's only a few blocks from the waterfront and Downtown Morro Bay, so a lot of things are within accessible walking distance. But, since it's a little out of the fray, it's extremely peaceful with less tourist traffic and crowds around as some of the absolute waterside establishments. A Bargain and a Blessing. Really consider booking them for a few days away, you won't regret it.

Epic weekend

Staff is awesome! Always greets you with a smile and how is your day. They are prompt to take care of anything you need. Room has a I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste. Good size mini fridge. Close to good food and a walk away from morro rock. Elephant seal beach is a short drive up the cost. Hearst Castle is also a short drive. Can’t go wrong with this place.

This is where to stay in Morro Bay

Spotlessly clean. Newly remodeled rooms with new beds and bedside outlets and USB ports. Dip, the manager, was great. He made sure that everything went well for us. New luxury vinyl flooring; nice shades with Morro Rock picture on the inside and when we opened the window there was the real rock! Easy parking, short walk to town. Had drinks at Roses bar and breakfast at Carla’s. Highly recommend both. Couldn’t be happier with the hotel. Would stay there on any return trips

It was clean. Liked it has A/C, refrigerator and good window coverings.

Lighting in sink area not very bright. Thought it weird, body wash in sink area but not in bath/ shower. Metal bed base made noise when you moved on bed.
