Fantastic location and the staff were great.
Room service didnt touch our room or give us any coffee etc while we were there (3 nights).

Everything!!! The room was bigger and more spacious than expected. Soft, comfy bed. Great amenities, and spacious bathroom with a big shower for two. The best part was the location and the view. A block from the Embarcadero, and walking distance from everything else. In the morning, when I opened the blinds, I saw the most beautiful view of the bay and Morro Rock. I opened the windows, and I could hear the sea lions barking, and smell the ocean. That's when I new I picked the perfect hotel.
Very little. Minor issue: no table next to the big beautiful window. My partner and I would have loved to enjoy breakfast or coffee sitting by the window, savoring the amazing view of Morro Bay.

Good location, good value. Friendly staff.
Although they’re considered luxury, the beds were very high and hard to get onto for elderly seniors when they’re short.
