Location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was also adequately spacious. Beautiful view of Morro Rock from our room and there were a lot of accommodations around that we can choose from next time.

Room was not very clean or smelled clean specially the carpet. The shower was questionable. The towels didn’t smell clean either. There was a single chair. Will not be back.

A jewel of a hotel. Great value and location. 1 block from waterfront and 2 blocks from Carla’s country kitchen! Legends bar is right around the corner. Has a microwave and fridge. I’ll definitely return

I did not like anything about the property.

I did not like the place at all. we got the room in the corner close to the street and there is two night bars very close so there is loud music going on most of the night. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the room gave a dirty aspect sorry I would not come back to this place or recommend. Too expensive for what you get.

Bed was not great and I had an allergic reaction to the detergent they used on the sheets. I asked for a first floor room if there was no elevator in my reservation. We got a room with a great view on the third floor- no elevator.

The proximity to the main strip street was like 2 blocks away.

The place was ok. It wasn't quiet due to the loud birds all over the property. There was bird poop all over the place. I think they need to pressure wash the outside of the property more often. It was very dirty outside, and I couldn't sit out due to the bird poop.

We would stay there again.

There was no breakfast provided. We never saw the front desk hostess after checking in. When checking out there was a box to put the card keys in.

We stayed in room 11 an on Saturday night the room downstairs was partying, taking loud and music til 3-4 am. I had to go downstairs and bang on the door to ask them to quiet down. They were right by the hostesses door!!

Our stay was nothing but lovely and amazing. Would definitely stay here again soon.

Daniel was very welcoming and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. Great location with the restaurants and bars are just around the corner. The view from our room was amazing. Our room was well maintained and updated, very clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable.

A couple more complimentary coffee pods would have been nice since we stayed for a couple days but it’s alright.
