The rooftop patio was beautiful
Receptionist was fantastic —friendly and smiling!
Very comfortable room
Low water pressure - couldnt take a bath - too long to fill up tub
Not crazy about the birds in the lobby. Too much squawking for breakfast—but that’s just my personal preference.
Oranges were not fresh. They had been out there in the basket for awhile.

Excellent front desk staff
Lived the complimentary wine upon arrival :)
The bedding could be much nicer. It was a regular sheet and a fleece type blanket.
Some basic maintenance would help too. Our bathroom door didn’t open and close because it was dragging on the ground.
The shower and bath made a crazy loud sound while being used.
The carpets throughout the halls were VERY old and dirty. These things made it our stay seem a tad pricey.

Good location. Clean bathroom. Polite clerk.
Bedroom stunk, although it appeared clean. Fireplace in room did not work nor on rooftop. Rooftop area was dirty - bird poop in bar area and dirty chair pads. The amenities online that draw you in were really disappointing.
