The location, amenities, free wine, and guest services were all phenomenal. We would definitely return.
The bathroom door in our room (316) dragged hard when opening it and would cause us to lift and pull or hear a loud screech.

We loved the location, the fireplace and that the bed was comfortable.
We didn't like how our room door didn't seem secure like at other hotels. There was no door security guard. Breakfast was cold and there weren't very many things left even though we went earlier in the morning. Plus we were surprised when the receptionist asked my girlfriend and I why did we book for the one bed only room as if that was her concern.
