I booked this room and picked up my grandbaby we arrived early, on the 6th, and we called the hotel to see if we could check in early and the lady behind the desk agreed, I thanked her as the baby was very tired it was about 4 a.m.. My booked days were the 7th through the 10th already paid for, on the morning of the 9th I was asked not very nicely to leave because I had checked in early on the seventh, so here we were with the baby and no room, I have never been so angry, will never stay at a quality inn again.
