Didn’t have the room that I booked but I was still charged the full price, the room smelled like dog poop, covers were to thin beds were not made up properly bottom part of the bed the bed cover was hanging on the floor and the T.V. And remote Did NOT WORK AT ALL… After all of this I was still not offered compensation. Called to the front desk by finding the hotels number from google b:c the phone didn’t work in order to to call the front desk and then I called 5 times and no one literally answered the phone at all and I know for a fact there is a person at the front desk.

Very poor condition, stains on both comforters. Bathroom was dirty. Flies were in the room. AC didn't work very well. Was supposed to have a king bed (which was priced to be more on booking) but when they got there, was told there were no king beds and had to pay the same price for 2 full beds (even though online pricing was $20 cheaper for 2 full beds........)

I will try a different hotel chain next time.

bathroom sink activation stopper did not work. It just kept filling the sink with water. They phone did NOT work at all. Lastly the cleaning staff kept waking me up, to clean my room when i speciffically asked for NO CLEANING SEVICE. They finally offered to change our room, on our last night there and at 10pm.

Was not a good stay due to insufficient room cleaning and upkeep along with nasty neighbors.

Not much.

The floors were not swept and were very dirty. Toilet seat was dirty. The soap and shampoo bottles in the shower are empty. Only had one sheet and a very thin blanket so not warm. Neighbors were terrible, fighting and cusing almost all night and someone hit the fire alarm for a short time in the middle of the night.

The rates are good but the service is terrible.

The laundry gentleman named Mike He was the best employee there The nicest employee there.

The staff was rude, treating everyone there like they have drug problems. While I stayed there at this location they found 2 dead bodies in the same room not even 30 days apart. The police is constantly there at the property.

The shower was appreciated, once I cleaned the bathroom myself.

The staff were barely functional, youths with piercings all over their faces, barest of communications, answers were nonexistent to my questions. The room was horrendously filthy. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the noise of the nearby freeway was nonstop, making sleep nearly impossible. The other people who were staying there were noisy late into the night, gathering outside, making thumping noises on the floor above my head and it appeared they were living there, with pets etc.

Terrible. Worst hotel stay of my life.

We booked 2 rooms. Arriving, one looked clean, the other had unmade beds and trash on the table. We got a replacement room and it also hadn't been cleaned. 3rd try the room didn't open. Decided to use only the one room, it hadn't had toilet paper in the bathroom. On closer inspection after we tried to go to bed, my daughter found shaving hairs on the bed. Also the smell of smoke was hurting my lungs after i specified non smoking. It was loud with constant activity even at midnight. We asked for a refund and left. Staff seemed very upset and was rude.while in the office several other people complained about doors not opening and rooms not clean. Have not received any refund or contact from management. Zero stars. Will never use a red roof inn anywhere again.
