Room was horrible. Turned around and walked right out. They don’t do refunds either.

The ENTIRE place smelt like dog pee. Horrible service. The ice machine doesnt work you pay high experience however everything is behind a desk and they want you to pay cash for everything okay fine however they have everything for breakfast but dont even offer coffee withoit out paying dor a cup that is small. The vending machines purposefullydont work

I wasn’t notified regarding the additional $20 deposit per room by Expedia. Not until I arrived and it took WAY too long to check in (really, streamline your key assignment and check in procedures!) was I informed there would be room deposits. I looked on the Expedia app at my reservations. I had to click ‘see more’ three times before—at the very bottom—it said ‘there may be a deposit required’. GIVE ME A BREAK! Information like this should be stated along with the pricing so your customers aren’t surprised. The man who check us in was apologetic and attempted to be helpful. However, once the very long check-in process was complete, I asked him where I should park to most easily access my room—being disabled, this is important information. His instructions didn’t match the location of the room.

This experience was horrific!! Let me start by saying that we used a gift card online to book. When we got to the hotel, we were then told there was a deposit, which we didn't have, hence the reason we were paying with a gift card. My room was switched from smoking to non smoking and was now requiring a $20 dep. When told that we had NO MONEY, they said that they'd switch my reservation back to smoking room which was no deposit, but was $10 more. That were told again that I had no money and paid with a gift card. They refused to refund so that I could rebook the now more expensive room... Instead they kept my money and we slept in my car not that was a great gift

There was more than one thing wrong with my stay for one the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest house keeping was rude and disrespectful they tried to come in my room when I told them that I was trying to get dressed only had one thing of soap and shampoo when there was more than one of us in the room and the hot water took forever to get hot I don’t like the service or anything else about my stay there it was ridiculous I would like a refund or a free night

Great stay, it was ruined for the both of us by this employee at that place that spoke English horribly, and that would be a compliment, I had to have the person I was with to try and translate his English to me. All in all I trying to check in to stay two nights on the day I booked the room, it wouldn’t go through the same day, it went through the next morning, but I got charged with an early check in few of $20. I don’t think that is fair due to a malfunction on the motels websites end. And now I get charged another fee. Can you help me out?

Im homeless so i got a room so my kids could be comfortable and not have to sleep in the car again i get the room leave sleep in my car get a call and text at 8am this morning from my daughter because she had bedbugs on her and was bit up and the people didn't give a fck he was worried about a damn key that never asked for room 156 to be exact horrible horrible my kids had to leave wrapped in towels too scared to get bedbugs in my car im pissed worst 65 bucks ive ever spent

Absolutely horrible. My room was nothing like what was pictured & I cant imagine any room in this place looking like the pictures. Dirty bathroom, I wouldnt even shower in. Toilet had to be gor a toddler, it was so low to the oor. The sink faucet didn't work properly. There was no clock, no USB ports & i could go on & on. I didn't feel safe; my room was just around the corner from a side entrance that didnt lock. Anyone could come in from the street. Checking in was a man behind a window with a money tray between us! Didnt give a warm fuzzy, but the "no refund under any circumstace" kept me from turning around & going elsewhere (I paid ahead of time).

2 lamps did not work. Made online reservations for 1 queen non smoking got 2 full beds. No microwave. No alarm clocks. Exhaust fan sounds like fan about fall out in bathroom. Trash in drawers. The carpet is horrible. At checkin required 20$ deposit when arrived. Nothing online about deposit required. Outdated.

The place was disgusting there was a condom in the wrapper on the steps by an entrance door then went in to check in and there was a druggie passed out slumped over on the couch in the lobby. Totally nasty.
