Go to any of the other hotels that you pass on the strip in Dayton but don’t stay there

We weren’t even informed about breakfast and had no idea where it was. The lobby was spartan, and that was it

Everything. There was a kitchen which we didn’t even know about when we booked but there was not a thing in it. No spoons pots dishes glasses nothing. No carpet not enough towels, it was hideous for $150

Good value. Didn't make use of kitchette, but it was more than ample had we needed it.

Smokers always hovering around entrances. They don't have any hand towels; need to use bath mats or wash cloths for washing hands and the like. That it was part of the Extended Stay franchises.

Brenda Gordon! She was very warm, friendly and personable. We are both over 70 and she accommodated our last minute request for a 1st floor room. She is definitely a positive asset to your organization ! I did not realize she is the Executive House Keeper. She has the persona of an Executive Manger. Thank you Brenda, you are amazing!!

I wish I could have stayed longer.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, the walking distance to several good restaurants, the clean room and bathroom, and the great price. Would definitely recommend this place and would select this location again

My next door neighbors banging the bed into the wall for about two hours. I wake up at all hours of the night so this is not a case of being woken, more of a case of being so inconsiderate to make all that noise at such an early time of morning, between 0130-0330.

Very good location, great value, friendly staff.

What really stood out to me with this hotel compared to many other hotels that I've stayed with over the past several years, was the friendliness of the front desk staff. I have observed at least 4 different staff over the time that I was at the hotel, and every single one of them were very friendly, very social, very accommodating and very helpful. They made me feel like a family member. The location, room amenities, location on Miller Lane, and proximity to the airport was definitely a plus. I definitely believe this place was good value for money.

Nothing major on this end. I know that I had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pans. But I probably could have asked the front desk about this, but I wasn't staying long enough for this to be an issue.

The best place to stay for the price when you just want a nice room.

VERY clean no frills property. Comfortable beds. Full sized frig. A 2 burner stove and large microwave if I wanted to prepare food in the room. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Happy to NOT have a pool ( noisy families in hotel). Nearby lots of options for meals.

Room was not sound proof, I could TV / talking from next room. People walking around in room above me.

Everything was clean and neat. It has all the basics. It was quiet as well. It was the best hotel for the value that I have stayed at in the area while traveling for work.

No curtains, only blinds. I could see the street lamps shining through. I had the a/c all the way down to 67, but it must have been locked out. The room got a little warmer than I like. The blankets are very thin, but I brought one of my own.

The extremely inconsiderate guests sharing a wall and above us. They were incredibly loud the ENTIRE night we stayed. It kept us from getting much needed sleep after being on the road all day. So much racket from the time we checked in at 7pm until 5:30am when the people above us finally left for the morning. I had called the front desk both times to tell them about the issues. The bathroom had stringy hair on the floor and around the tub.

The stay was good overall - nice staff and clean accommodation! My only complaint: Some guests in the floor above were playing LOUD music the entire night so I didn't get much sleep on that oh-so-comfortable bed. Not the hotel's problem though, I fully understand! It is a good, clean facility and a good value. Close-ish to DAY airport which is nice.
