The sheets were dirty and stained. Stains on the walls. The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. No coffee cups for the coffee.

Upon arrival I was so tired that I didn’t even notice the shower curtain rod was ripped out of the wall and hanging by one side with screws and sharp wall anchors hanging. No shower curtain. Coffee maker was broken and there were ants in the bathroom. At check in the front desk staff were very nice. Next morning at checkout, a different woman was working. I told her the issues and she could not have cared less.

1st room we were given upon arrival had strong odor of mold and mildew upon entering. Upon checking the bathroom and both beds I noticed 3 black fingerprints on side of the pillow boldly showing on white sheets. Then noticed black furry mold on the back of the desk chair which clearly has not been cleaned. I took a video of the chair. As a patient with asthma and bronchitis I walked back to the lobby and told the clerk Im disabled and had to walk back down here because there was no phone in the room for me to call the front desk.She said people steal the phones,tvs, microwave and fridges all the time. I told her about the odor and that I put the chair outside the room. I asked her to call housekeeping for some Lysol or room disinfectant she said they don't have any then offered me another room which upon entering smelled better but floors hadn't been cleaned as something was sticking to the bottom of my shoe. Since both the beds were visibly ok I just went to sleep.Upon waking up the next morning I noticed something black on side of the mattress which obviously was exposed from underneath the sheets. It was BLACK MOLD! I have pictures of this also. I've booked multiple trips via Expedia and I'm DISGUSTEDLY DISAPPOINTED behind this super unpleasant experience and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Arrived at Hotel around 8pm, got to room...bathroom wasn't cleaned, still had someone elses dirty towel that was used and no clean towels, no soap, no shampoo...went to front desk asked for the items and was refused a clean towel...the receptionist was another story, the rudest person i have ever came across, she absolutely refused to give me a clean towel and walked away from me and cussed at me and then rolled her eyes and said it wasnt her hotel and i needed to call a manager in the morning to get a towel??? Was the worst experiences i have ever had at a hotel and will NEVER spend money at the establishment again! I hope she gets fired, she has no right to work in customer service!!!

Breakfast was a joke. Hardly anything there. Juice machine only had water, milk qas sitting on an ice pack keeping it tepid at best. A total of 4 containers on yoghurt in fridge. Toaster didnt toast well. Bakery consisted of plain white vread and 2 muffins, cereal choice was 2 types of flakes. We t to lobby for coffee in the evenung, they couldn't find any cups to put it in . Very convenient location, but otherwise i wouldn't go out of my way to stay here. Lobyy and outdoor areas below average, so close to the highway that its a bit noisy, and the breakfast was atrociously bad. Bathroom in lobby was filthy and toilet was plugged. You can do better than this place.

Staff was friendly and welcoming.AC worked. Pool is nice. But.. Room had one towel and no drinking cups upon arrival. Dirty room, dirty floors, your feet and socks turn black. Keep your shoes on in the room! A couple flies, a roach and a spider. The advertised breakfast has no meats and no eggs, a couple flies near the biscuits and gravy.

There were 2 broken down cars that had to have been there for several days. The place looked like a homeless shelter, not a hotel we did not feel safe enough to heck in. Did not like the room or the staff. The staff was not friendly and they took my personal towel and told me that could not find it. During check in staff stayed on a personal phone call the entire time while checking me in and when I checked out the elevator did not work and no signs were put up to indicate that and staff did not apologize for the non working elevator. Staff was NOT friendly. Sheet had stains on them. Sorry I stayed. Will not stay there again.

Absolutely disgusting. 1st warning sign was when i was pulling into the property there were 2 cop cars blocking the lot and the had 2 female crack heads in cuffs. The property is full of transients living there full time. There were all out on the balcony watching there friends getting arrested. I got checked into my room. I was planning on being there 3 nights for the Hamvention 2025. When i got to my room i noticed my shoes were sticking to the floor. I got to looking close and the floors probably hadnt been mopped in a month. You could scrape the dirt from all the corners with a putty knife. The bathroom and shower were not much better. So bad as a man i would not sit on the toilet to do my business. I finally decided after 2 nights i could not take it anymore and i left a day early. I would not stay here under any circumstances.

The room I was in appeared to be recently renovated; however, the renovation was cut short. You can see the popcorn ceiling had a previous (water) leak, there was a towel on the sprinkler (wall) I couldn’t remove, the dish soap had mildew underneath, and the shower faucet cap did cover the wall, which will cause water damage to the floors below. This place is a dump. Check-in lady was rude. The door looked like it had been kicked in many times. The room smelled like smoke and something unidentifiable - supposed to be 100% smoke free. I opened the door and left immediately. The stairs were filthy. Bags of garbage outside. People were tailgating with loud speakers outside.

There were stains on the sheets and covers and there was a dead roach in the sheets when we checked them, the floor was extremely dirty, there was dead beetles in the window seals and corners of the room, there seemed to be cigarette burn holes on the covers, hand prints all over the head board and when i asked for an exchange of towels they really weren’t trying to give me any even though the ones that were in the room had all sorts of stains on them. i would never stay here again or any sort of branch of this company because of my experience. DO NOT COME HERE.

Hello, my name is Belinda Martin. I took my Pastor and for other people to the hotel.Nesty bed covers. Nesty floors and dingy towels. I went to the Walmarts for towels . No manager on duty and he never showed up to hear my complaints. Room smell like pure cigarettes . I reserve three rooms. The last family came in from out of town late, but I had their key to their room. When the last family arrived to Beaumont hotel, they could not get in their room and the key didn’t work the front desk person said they didn’t know how to help her. So this young lady had to go up and down the street in Dayton Ohio an unfamiliar town to find another hotel at 1 o’clock in the morning. I called customer service to let them know that I need to be refunded for all three rooms. They hung up on me. Loud fire alarm system went off in our room. PTSD kicked in. It was an awful stay.

This is probably the worse Baymont we have ever stayed in. The bed was hard, wrong size comforter and sheets too small for the size of the mattress. We had to put sheets back on bed everyday as the corners would not get to the bottom of the mattress. Towels were small and thin enough to see thru them. Bathroom outdated! Weather strip around door left a crack more than half-way around door allowing neighbors smoke inside room. Mangement NEEDS TO ENFORCE NO SMOKING as the fire alarm went off at 1145PM waking everyone.
