Bad experience

We gathered the trash for them and put it in the hall . They said we had to take it to the dumpster. Never came in the room once . Vacuum the room myself. Very dirty,beds had about 15;burn holes in them . The walls were very dirty . Missing handles on the dresser. Fridge had broken parts on the inside. Very beat up on the outside.Bathroom was not clean

For the price I should of chose somewhere else.

The room was cold. The heat didn't work very well. The carpet was ragged and falling apart. The blankets had burn holes in them. There was one small packet of shampoo that wasn't big enough to even wash a small child's hair. The parking lot was not plowed or salted so it was a ice skating rink basically. I was lucky to not fall on my ass.

I like the location of the hotel.

I didn't like the fact that the police came to my room looking for me for what reason I don't know. They had roaches in the hotel, cigarette burns in the cover and in the bed. If you take the pillow cases off they are very nasty.

Change the sheets. Actually clean the room. Get rid of the bugs. There's such nicer hotels that'll fully refund if you don't like your stay and you guys won't even refund my money when I never even stayed.

And nice size rooms and I like the couch in the rooms that we didn't have to be in the bed all the time you can sit in the couch and watch TV

The Rings are fully clean there's trash behind the couch and when I got there after I'd already paid the credit card through booking.com they charged me more it charged me a deposit and then came up with every excuse they could not to give me the deposit back the way to get the lobbies go all the way around the building they had everything locked down like the prison
