Clean room, very nice staff

I’ve stayed here twice before and loved it, which is why I returned. But this time was different. The bathroom floor had someone else’s hair in it. I could see strands of hair in the shower and on the tile before I walked into it. I also asked staff twice (once at 3pm and then at 11pm) to send up a box of Kleenex because there wasn’t any in my bathroom— it never came.

The room was very clean in the bathroom was beautiful! It had a smart TV with a variety of options. My only constructive criticism would be more pillows or fluffier pillows and a stronger shower pressure, otherwise it was very nice and breakfast was delicious.
