The location was fine

The property was outdated. Putting a coat of paint on cabinets and trim doesn’t fix the issue. I had to switch rooms and still wasn’t up to par. Both rooms had an unbearable smell. Had to cancel once I arrived. Also, too many individuals hanging out in the parking lot. A safety concern for me.

Absolutely nothing.

We showed up after making a reservation online. My boyfriend and I got the queen suites. We walked in and was instantly hit with a putrid stench. We then walked into our room which also, stunk. There was what smelt like rotten food in the disposal in the kitchen that spread throughout the room. There were human..fluids on the couch. Stains in sink, build up in the drains of the tub. The furnace was broken and COVERED in dust and grime. We went back and asked for a better room and they gave us another suite. This one was even worse and a literal HAZARD. When we walked in, the smell of mildew hit our noses. There was stains on the couches, but worse. They sent us to a room BEFORE CLEANING IT. The tables had ASH on them (smoke free facility) and there was Marijuana left-overs on the kitchen counter. The furnace look DECADES old and like they hadn't cleaned it in over 20 years. The furnace was broken and it was overall a DISGUSTING and inhumane place to stay. I couldn't even do it for a night. We left and went somewhere else. They are now refusing to give us a refund despite our experience and are CHARGING US A FEE FOR CANCELING. DONT COME HERE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

The location was great.

The room was dirty, had a little smell, curtains were raggedy, carpet felt nasty without shoes on, tv’s were too small, and blankets had burn holes in them. Just to name a few things.

Staff were polite.

There was no hot water after two minutes in the shower. Room was dirty. There was old food in the fridge. The bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were clean but stained with black marks. A mirrored closet door was badly cracked.

There was. Nothing really appealing about this hotel.I had to leave immediately.

It was nasty and the People were rude. The police were in the parking lot.The whole half an hour.I was there.

Amenities were not available. No toaster, no complete silverware. Hot water was lukewarm and worst most of all, a pull out couch that was covered in stains smelled like urine.(photos available).

The value was ok, but you get what you pay for.

Property was updated, but only on the surface. It’s still pretty run down and had 3-4 broken down cars in the parking lot.

Container holding butter was filthy and had stuck items inside the container at middle and bottom. Staff stated they would not refill any items gone...no fruit available, yogurt only 1 kind & 1 left, 1 juice box left, have 3 kids- wouldn't get enough for all of them. Counter area spills. Eggs looked and felt hard, toaster was filthy . Room had cracks at ceiling and multiple areas inside and mold growth. Kitchenette counters were crooked/tilted, floor was sticky, even after wiping with paper towels in the kitchen which was only a small partial open roll-maybe 20 sheets on the roll. Ceiling fans layers of dust, doors to main bedroom crooked and didn't close properly. Dishes in dishwasher dirty, dishes in sink when we entered, dirty. Closet in kitchen door not closed all the way. Carpet worn in multiple areas, dust on ventilation heavy-aggravated kids allergies 🤧 Items in workout area not working Went to office to request were to get ice, staff went to another area of office building and partially filled a gallon size bag of ice herself (?)-no public area to get. Female staff member in morning had an attitude when asked about breakfast items from multiple guests coming in at different times and refused to refill items and started putting things away 30-45 minutes before breakfast was stated to be available to.

mattress was beyound heaven. kitchen stocked w/plates, utincles, pots n pans.storage space.

batteries taped to hold in remote. no cover just tape used as cover to hold them in. thus remote usage was deficut.

I liked that I had access to a stove

When I got there it wasn’t what I was told.

the rooms were easily accessible and noise reduction.I traveled with 2 children one special needs and I was relieved to know his noise would not bother others

The bed and bedding was the only thing acceptable. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the refrigerator, it must have been new.

Everything. I’m never one to leave bad reviews, I just never return to the location. This place has changed my attitude regarding that. I feel it’s important to WARN others. The room was absolutely disgusting, it was beyond unclean. The only reason I stayed is because my husband didn’t want to deal with the hassle, and the bed and bedding was acceptable. I described it as going to someone’s house and not wanting to sit down or touch anything. Nothing I owned touched the floor or any fabric surface. The lights were dim, I guess to hide the filth. The carpet had stains. I can go on and on. Just don’t stay there. A person would have a better experience sleeping outside on a bench, and I’m not trying to be mean, just honest.

Breakfast is just grab and go. Rooms were hardly cleaned. No parking basically

it was in the quiet side of town

even though it was on the quiet side of town it was full of loud people. music loud all night and people outside walking around that didn’t even stay there.
