I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even to save money.

I liked the affordability.

Unhelpful staff, hallways and elevator smelled like smoke, stained bed sheets, there was a garbage bag over the smoke detector in a smoke free room, contacting the property for a refund was a hassle since only managers can process refunds and they appeared to work 10-2 every couple of days.

I’m kinda disappointed in this stay

I always feel welcomed when i stay here.

The room 204 didn’t have any towels, the bed was very hard and noisy. The tv was up not set up straight. The heat was kind in and out so it was cold. And I asked for a late checkout only to be disturbed. So I don’t believe the communication with staff is best.

Needs to clean the rooms better. Gave us no towels !! My key wouldn’t work and I had to keep going downstairs to get a new one or for them to reprogram it. Soooo loud. People were so rude. They kept asking about housekeeping after saying no a bunch of times !! Very unhappy!!

Would’ve been better sleeping in my car

Nothing. The beds were dirty. The floors were black hadn’t been mopped. There’s only one towel in the bathroom no washcloths half the lights in the place didn’t work. They had a unit downstairs where two people died and they were trying to decent or get rid of the odor in the mattress that was stained with blood so they could save the mattress people smoking drugs on the balconies and outside the doors broken cracked pipes in the walkway, cockroaches, empty beer, bottles, and beer cans tucked behind the furniture one room had blankets. The other room did not absolutely nothing. Good that I can say about to stay here which was a shame because we stayed there a year ago and it was fine.

The breakfast was literally watered down biscuits and gravy. It was water. It was so watery that the flower had separated from the gravy and was floating around a little bit. The guy setting out the breakfast looked like he hadn’t taken a shower in a month or use machine milk machine wasn’t working coffee taste like the machine hadn’t been washed in ever floors were absolutely filthy walking from the shower to the bed barefoot and my feet were black in both rooms. Absolute zero out of zero stars who would never stay there again. I feel like I was ripped off with all the people smoking drugs, dog hair on the beds absolutely disgusting stains on the beds. Lights in the bathroom didn’t work no complementary items like soap no hair dryer absolutely nothing disgusting.

Dirty and smelly

The fridge in our room has the worst smell has to through away the food & drink we bought to put in there, the whole hotel looked like I could do with a deep clean, we are used to roughing it a bit but this was next level we felt unsafe so kept the do not disturb sign on our door so the room wouldn’t why touched, if we had any more than the 3 nights booked I would of looked for another hotel

Did not appreciate having to clean out the bathroom prior to use. Hair pieces in the bathroom and toilet. Holes in the wall. I believe if you are suggesting a price, then the room should reflect such. Considering the state of the bathroom, price per night should have been lowered.

You get what you pay for! If you just need a clean bed to stay sleep on, this is a cheap place for it.

Where it was located. The beds were clean.

Guy couldn’t find our reservation. Floors dirty in every hallway, the elevator,our room there was a used Kleenex and straw. Our room right beside door to go in and out/ and elevator. Could hear the 2 doors every time they opened and closed. No coffee in room just coffee maker and all the stuff to make it. Told coffee downstairs.Breakfast: biscuits very hard even covered in gravy (went to IHOP down street).

Our fist room had no working Ac. We asked to be moved. The second room had ac but the thermostat was barely hanging off the wall. Only one thing towel was offered for two people to shower which we didn’t both as the tub seemed dirty and the caulking was moldy

Not good will not come back

When I checked in,walked in room was cold,tried to turn heater on,did not work,a note said go to wall thermostat,did not work Went to desk talked to clerk,went back to room,while I waited turned TV on inoperative... At 1 in morning loud noice coming from next room,picked up phones to report also inoperative..

We are seniors with pets and asked for a room on the first floor for convenience of unpacking and taking the dogs out. We are given a room on the third floor which was inconvenient to us.

It was cheap and what I expected for that price.

It was cheap. The pillows were comfortable. There were no bed bugs.

The tub was dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned well. The soap dish had dried soap in it from ages ago. The towels were thin and tiny. One was just a little bigger than a hand towel. There was only 1 hand towel. The linens had black pieces of something and crumbs on them, so I slept on top of the covers. I doubt the linens were even changed. The pillow cases looked clean.

The property needs to be updated. There are several repairs that need to be made before this hotel could be considered 6 or 7 stars. The bathroom had a gaping hole and leaked on you whenever you would use the toilet.
