Decent stay but lack of regard for guest safety

Breakfast staff were AMAZING

No snow removal or ice mitigation on the sidewalks was completely shocking and unacceptable. 4 inches of snow fell and nothing was done in the time we were there to prevent falls and keep guests safe.

I really didn't like much, because I specifically reserved a rm with a fireplace, an thats what I thought I was getting, but the fireplace in the rm they gave me , did not work, nor did kitchenette light ,etc....I was very disappointed, because this made the atmosphere for my birthday a flop.,an I am requesting a refund because the hotel did not live up to my expectations. Thank You, Ms.Shirley Wooten

Wonderful stay

Location, very clean and spacious rooms especially when traveling with a dog, like I did. Also, as a solo traveler, I felt safe.
