I typically do not stay at chain hotels off the highway but needed to do so for this trip and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation, helpfulness of staff, and stress-free stay. For dining and local flavor, I recommend nearby Little York Tavern & Pizza.

My stay was uncomfortable and horrible

The room layout. Mainly the bathroom mirror

It was very noisy. I also didn’t like the blinds. It’s still let in a lot of the lights from the hotel next-door inside. I also didn’t like how there was a lock door inside the room to where I couldn’t even see what was inside of it. The water pressure of the shower and the toilet was very low. It took a long time for the hot water to turn on. It was people in the hallway, speaking loudly. It was a lot of banging. It was a lot of screaming like it was just not nice. I really did not enjoy myself at all. I didn’t sleep. I didn’t go to sleep until 6 AM and I checked into my room around 2 PM. My first room had to get switched because the toilet did not flush so they gave me a different room. I was not comfortable whatsoever.

All in all I would say it was good.

The room was spacious and beautiful. I liked the private bathroom. I love that they had plenty of towels and breakfast was being served. Parking was convenient. It was easy to get in and out of my room.

The facility was nice but I felt uncomfortable because the curtains were too shear; not backed by blackened curtain. The shower's water was luke warm at best. (Water was barely hot) This was disappointing. The shower had no caddy, a place to put your soap and/or shampoo while taking a shower.

Hard to find. Weeds by entry, scorched electrical receptacle, broken hot tub, indifferent staff. We chose because of hottub and got ripped off. Entry cards had to be run at least 10 times before opening, Dried cement on both door handles and locks.

We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub, when we got there they told us that the hot tub was under maintenance and they couldn’t cancel our reservation. The elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart so we took the stairs the entire time. When we got to our room, there was hair all over the place, it was disgusting.

We came for a soccer tournament, needed a place to stay. It worked but not blown away.

Room was ready when expected and suited our needs. Beds and linens were clean. Room style met expectations.

Maintainace issues throughout the hotel. Doors not closing properly, shower handle loose and difficult to adjust. Toilet not fitted correctly, smelled of sewer gas. Exterior and entrances not well maintained, car batteries by side doors, paint spilled in common areas. Pool/hottub not well maintained and out of service for part of stay.

The free breakfast was not that great. It was a tiny step up from a grab and go. It would have honestly been better to just have had breakfast sandwiches and muffins with hot and cold drinks to offer us. It was a hard work to make a mediocre breakfast on foam plates without making an absolute mess of it.

We had a role in handicap shower, which was fine. The only problem is whenever we did take the shower. The whole bathroom floor got wet, which means you were standing in water and the towel that you put on the floor was soaking wet. So you literally had to leave the bathroom to dry off because the water was just paddling in the bathroom all over the floor.

The paint was peeling in the bath, we tried to enjoy the swimming facilities but the regular swimming pool was merky and didn't seem to be properly clean, it smelled strongly of chlorine, as if that was their way of cleaning the pool.

Location was convenient for our purpose. Bed was surprisingly comfortable.

Bedside lamps were not functional with visable broken plates and screws exposed. Outlets were loose and had poor connectivity. Tub floor was stained/discolored by wear giving a "dirty" appearance.
