Very friendly staff, good location, room is clean. The building is old and shows wear.

Good location for our travels. Poor breakfast. Sour milk (replaced), no bread for toasting. No sausage or bacon (not a fan of biscuits & gravy). Some - but not many- mini donuts & muffins. Cranberry juice was empty.

This property was completely disgusting. Nothing nice to say about it.

Inattentive desk attendant. Temperature in room was 80 degrees on arrival. Poorly maintained and dirty. Lack of amenities in room. Scanty breakfast.

Do not stay here. It's dirty, smells bad, and the rooms are not maintained properly. Our room even had the thermostat ripped off of the wall.

Dirty, gnats flying in room, people smoking marijuana next to the rooms, I don’t recommend staying here at all

A family came in our door about an hour after we got there. They had a key card that opened our door, and said that our room number was their room. I used to be a maintenance person at a casino/hotel. This facility needs a good amount of work We went down for breakfast. There was not even 1 cup of coffee. There was 1 cup of yogurt and a couple apples. The trash was overflowing. I would not go there again. The beds were comfortable. The shower dripped constantly. There were only 2 towels. There were 4 of us. When we went down to get more, the desk clerk said we had to bring the towels back down when we were done with them. I did not do that.

We chose not to stay at this property. It was unsafe, dirty and the room door would not close.

No one was there when I checked in. Waited 15 minutes to see a human. The room was very damp and smelled like chemicals. Only 2 carts available and both were broken. The breakfast area was very dirty. The halls were hot. Would never stay there again.

The property needs to be updated and there wasn't any cable tv. Room was clean and smelled fresh.

First and foremost I would like to thank Ashely her hospitality. She’s been the only reason why we were able to tolerate the stay. The other staff members were absolutely rude. As POC I did not expect the other staff member (which are POC) to treat their guest like scum. I had to ask to change my room 4 times until I found a room I felt fairly comfortable in. That’s absolutely ridiculous! The first was incredibly to small and the toilet looked old. The second room had a roach. The third room had a filthy bathroom. The forth room was decent but after my first night I realized that shower’s wall weren’t clean. They do not offer room service. The intercontinental breakfast was basic. Why are they serving gravy with pork?! One would think there would be two types of gravy. I also don’t like that breakfast is no longer served after 9. I believe 1030am or 11am is the appropriate time to stop serving breakfast. This place is NOT fully renovated as advertised. I don’t like that my wife and I could not get extra blankets or towels. There were guests arguing with the staff being loud and rambunctious. Some guest were being thrown out with all of their belongings scattered all in the front of the establishment. The gave me and my family a very uncomfortable experience. This was NOT a four star experience. This felt and smelled like a 1 star experience. The photos are just some things we seen in the second room. I do believe bugs are coming from that hole in that room.

Very dirty, lots of garbage around entire hotel, smell of pot throughout building, generally very not well kept

Mattress was decent and the bed clean. Room was pretty clean too. But attention to detail wasn’t there. Cracked window, broken louvers on the AC unit, something was surly missing from the wall in the bathroom as the exposed screws were still there. The hallway was a sauna, but room was ok.These things don’t really matter all that much, but they certainly don’t allow for a 4 - 5 star rating. I guess this is becoming average.. :-/ Lots of choices of places to eat close by..

Property was dirty lobby smelled. You can change your plan needed to cancel right away. Never heard back from the manager about cancellation

No one at the desk to check in

The property is not what you think of when you here Wyndham. I was expecting a nicer facility. The bathroom was outdated, the tub was dripping and I couldn't get it to stop. I guess for the money it's okay but there are better places to stay in the area.

Not a bad room but very confusing to even find the entrance and was located in a rather noisy area.

Booked based on the name and photos, but was shockingly run down and dirty in all the public areas. Room was left on "heat" in June, and even after putting on the A/C the room never really cooled down enough to my liking. The room was noisy from highway traffic. Our first room had a non-flushing toilet. While the room was changed, the front desk clerk seemed annoyed and unapologetic. It was close to several restaurants and shopping options. Would not stay again.

It was ok you get what you pay for

The good: Comfortable king-size bed; room included a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, and there was a good variety of items in the breakfast area. The bad: The premises were not well maintained; the only elevator broke down during our stay, therefore, we had to take the exterior stairs to get to and from our room on the 3rd floor; and nobody was at the front desk when we went to check out.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean the building was, and the staff was very nice.

That was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced

The beds were comfortable, but the main lobby and bathrooms were dated and unkept.

Upon arrival (2am) I was charged a $25 fee for arriving late based on when I made my reservation. I tried to get a rational explanation for this from the desk clerk, but he couldn't explain it to my satisfaction, it was late, and I was tired so I let it ride on top of the exorbitant rack rate. (Big demand for Dayton Hamvention) Other than that, the property was safe, clean, comfy. Had some people hanging out and talking outside. Parking for large trucks was not great, but I would have had a better selection had I arrived earlier.

I went to sleep and ants were crawling on me and they were on the counter. I couldn’t use the other bed because there were ants on that bed too. I couldn’t sleep and it took hours for me to get the ants out of my hair.

Stayed at this location while our apartment is being renovated. And we the wife and I enjoyed our time together.

No trash receptacles at ground level, had to take dog bag up to 3rd floor trash can. Limited breakfast when we were there at 7 am.

Dirty run down hotel. Hairs in the shower and sink. Drain partially clogged with a mass of hair. Towel bar had been pulled off the wall. Holes in one pillow case. Extremely noisy room with a smoking area outside even though it was the third floor. Body wash container empty with the pump broken right off. Shampoo and conditioner bottles had product running down the side of them when we arrived. Just a poorly kept property

The toilets was not flushing in two rooms..

Staff were nice, hallways tended to be dirty and stuffy. Rooms were sized well and had good accommodations
