It seriously felt more like renting a very tiny and slightly outdated apartment for the night.

Though I didn’t require any, I thought the fact that they offered kitchenwares free upon request for use in the kitchenette.

It seemed like there were police there the whole extent of our stay for what appeared to be some continuous and also some different issues. I understand that the rooms are suitable for extended stay but it felt very uncomfortable coming in and out of the building at points due to witnessing some of the longer term residents loudly arguing against eviction and rates or watching them as the loaded up their belongings into a truck bed that was already carrying way too much. Additionally the breakfast provided was somehow even sadder than what is pictured as there was nothing except coffee.

Sent to another location without advance notice

Upon arrival, we were told that we were transferred to another site of the same chain - smells a bit of "bait and switch". I would have preferred to know this in advance and/or would have preferred to have a choice. I will rate the other site (presumably in much worse condition than the one we booked) separately

The location was good for us. We were visiting relatives and it was close to their home.

The hallways were dark. The bathroom door did not have a latch; therefore it was unable to close for privacy. The shower curtain was moldy.

The beds were comfy but I still could not sleep.

The whole hotel smelled like mold and cigarettes. Our bathtub had mold in it which I tried to send a photo of to booking costumer service but the file is too large. I could not even breath in my room, it smelled like mold horribly, and I ended up with a soar throat. I told the front desk our toliet was clogged and she stated rudely, we would have to wait for a maintenance man on Monday. what? So we went to Walmart to use the restroom and fixed our own toliet. there was trash in the hallway all over the floors outside each door. Not large peices or bags but the floor was clearly dirty. We only stayed one night and left and got a new hotel. The staff was rude amd unprofessional. Nothing worked right. The free breakfast was a joke. There was nothing offered and mold on the coffee dispensers.

There was no toilet paper. The toilet seat was about to fall off. The floors were filthy and crumbs all over, the table in the room was dusty, there was dried food all over my pillow, the drain in the kitchen sink was caked full of dried grease, and the room was all around not clean. The room could be really nice if it is taken care of.

It was a comfortable hotel to stay & location was perfect. Plenty of restaurants along the street to choose from.

Economically Priced. Room was clean. My room faced the highway & I didn’t hear any outside noise or inside. I slept comfortably

Lack of breakfast & Refrigerator should be replaced. Few towels & foam mattresses were left in hallway. However were moved following morning!

Unclean room, dirty floor and bathtub, was switched to 3 different rooms. I requested a room on bottom floor was not done. Police outside my first night. This place is a dump and I could go on and on all I can say is don’t stay here.

It was close to many places to eat.

It really needed some extra love. It isn't dirty, it is old, and I guess since people live there, it takes a little more toll on the property. Just didn't seem well maintained. We didn't have a shower curtin for the shower. There were children's stickers on the headboard. It just didn't feel very clean and cost the same as a better place would have. It was also very loud in the middle of the night. Breakfast is just a muffin. All that aside, it was a place to stay and the staff was friendly enough.

Mediocre. This was the last of 9 different hotel during our road trip, and the most disappointing.

Did not partake of the grab and go breakfast, coffee and granola bar/muffin. Location was near lots of restaurant choices and was easy to find off the highway. Parking was convenient and they had a luggage cart. Room seemed clean.

The hallways were very dark. Air conditioner was noisy. No ice machine, as was stated when asked there were ice trays provided in the kitchenette but no ice and no time for it to freeze. final straw for the rating however, was that the bottom fitted sheet was laid sideways on the bed, not even close to being properly on mattress. My granddaughter and I had to unmake the bed to put the sheet on properly. NO way housekeeping should have missed this one.
