Front desk ladies were very friendly and kind! Breakfast was good, I think they were actually real eggs!! Room was fantastic and would be great for a longer stay. There was a bit of mold starting on the shower grout, could use some bleach but very clean other than that! Furnace/AC unit in room is quite loud but we sleep with a noise machine so I just turned that up,

Always a great stay. This was our third time and won't be the last. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, especially the breakfast service staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoy using the pool, the included breakfast service and relaxing in both the interior lounge space and the outdoor courtyard. The location is ideal due to its proximity to the highway and it is surrounded by restaurants and shopping options for ultimate convenience.

We had to be moved to another room as our ceiling in the bathroom began to leak and come down. There was a great deal mold, around the tub, that they tried to cover with caulk. Cant feel clean in a dirty shower.

military family that has been traveling for 2 months for summer vacation and this hotel was the best hotel we have stayed in! We got in late in the evening the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing and sweet! breakfast was great, room was cleaned immaculately, the pool was amazing every was perfect! They staff was accomadating and we were actually able to check in before the 3pm check in time. The first room they placed us in had some issues, the toilet did not flush the phone did not work and the room had a smell. We went to the front desk and ask to be moved to another room and that was completed without a problem. The breakfast buffet was good average breakfast food and the dining area was clean and well prepared. The location for my visit was perfect. I have stayed at other Residence Inn's and it was a good stay and that is why i choose the Residence Inn for this trip.

The room was not very clean, there was hair in the bed, pet hair in the sink in bathroom, the fireplace was very low as far as flame and heat production. TVs were very dated and old. Furniture was worn and not very comfortable. I was in room #100. It was a bad experience for me and my guest. I was very disappointed in Residence Inn, Ive never had such a bad room from them. The Television were ridiculous, the remote in bedroom hardly worked. The TV's aren't even flat screens to todays standards. Very, very old!!😡..The room I was in needed some serious updating!
