besides no room key everything was wonderful

staff is very helpful and friendly. They handled a bad situation very well.

I had to bother the staff to allow me into the room. They were unable to make room keys for the quests. Getting this corrected would help your staff and the quests.

Comfortable room

Pool was too cold. Curtain in the shower was too short water hot all over the floor. Breakfast was horrible...nothing was fresh.

The pool was COLD, UGH! For a family with 4 kids pools are a big deciding factor when it comes to hotels and even though this hotel had one our kids were so cold they were turning blue... in an indoor pool!

Nothing stood out

The rooms were a bit out dated the water pressure was impossible to rinse shampoo out of the hair, the temperature of then water while shower was all over the place wouldn’t stay warm the bath tub had a caulked hole in the side/top of the ledge that my son got cut on the blinds were inoperable had to hang a blanket so we could get dressed or undressed because there was no way to close the curtains we needed up leaving 3hrs into our stay here to book another hotel

Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, the climate control was easy to use and quiet. The breakfast had the usual items, both hot and cold, with sufficient variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

The beds were comfortable. The night staff was friendly.

Totally unacceptable situation. The health department came in today and was surprised that the hotel had reopened the pool after the health department had shut it down on Friday because of issues with the chemicals. It failed inspection again today. We booked because of the pool. Imagine four sad kids in their swimsuits being told the pool is closed because they failed inspection. The hotel was not transparent and knew about the issue ahead of time. I can only guess that they thought it would pass today. Not even an apology. Very very disappointed. Just be transparent about the situation and let a family book elsewhere.

I didn’t like the fact we got there Friday night and still had to pay $200ish. I understand it was a weekend but there should be a time frame where the price drops especially when all your doing is going to sleep because it’s late.

small pool for the kids. rooms were ok but the beds were uncomfortable not very sturdy felt like we were going to fall through the bed. paid alot of money ey for 2 days and at first look it's a really nice look hotel but as you get into it you see that the quality of hotel doesn't reflect the price per night.

Purposely giving false information

The help the front staff was great!

The pool was closed and they lied to us about the pool man just didn't come inn..he was fired and they new he wasn't coming to fix it Also the manager was unavailable to phone calls from front desk staff and IHG staff several times when requesting a credit to my card. We ended up going to another Holiday Inn Express.

The room was clean and comfortable.

I did not get the room I paid for. There was supposed to be a pull out sofa in the room, but it was just 2 queen beds. The staff refused to make good on their mistake. The night clerk said no other room was available on arrival, and the general manager refused to discount the price differential the next day. Common areas needed cleaning more often than not. Elevators had stuff spilled on floors. Hallways were in need of vacuuming.

Very clean and quiet. Great location with many stores and restaurants within walking distance.

I did not fully understand what a "hearing accessible" room meant. It had an alarm system in the room that woke me and the guests in the room beside me. The staff did not know how to shut it off, and it lasted nearly an hour.

It was a very nice stay.

I loved the mirror in the bathroom and the spaciousness of the room. The eggs at breakfast were cold and not very good!!! BUT, the Cinnamon Rolls were WONDERFUL!!!

The shower did not drain well. This was very disconcerting. I hate standing in inches of water while showering.
