Perfect for a family!

Spacious. Very clean and inviting.

If I had to comment about anything it would be that the water took a long time to get hot and the hot was more like warm.

Although under renovation, the room was comfortable and roomy. The staff is friendly and helpful.

In spite of the hotel undergoing renovation, the room was very clean and comfortable. We were very comfortable and the five of us had lots of room with everything we needed. The staff apologized for the state of the hotel and were very accommodating and kind.

Since the hotel was under renovation, the option of breakfast was not available. We were told there would be to go options, but there weren't any. We understood about the renovation, but we were hoping to have some breakfast options.

Front desk was unsure on how to handle a 3 party booking and double charged me.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very convenient location and in/out with parking.

Shower fixture was older and needed tweaked which was done by staff when brought to their attention. Room needs deep cleaning for baseboards and fans.

Staff was friendly and made the stay as comfortable as they could but the cleanliness was poor.

The hotel staff were very friendly and tried to fix and or accommodate anything that we needed to make our stay more comfortable. They are what made the whole experience overall positive. Also the breakfast was quite good and well maintained.

Huge stain and smell from the pullout mattress also had no sheets or mattress protection on it. Overall not the cleanest hotel room and even with the do not disturb sign up the matianence crew still bothered us to "view if our shower needed an upgrade" which it didn't. Air flow was low quality and smelled like smoke.

Carpet turn in room fabric on furniture stains everywhere. Bed mattress was way old much lower on one side . Breakfast was awful . Crammed in no seats gravy grits ! So many were complaining

I paid 172.00 fir a room and had to use my on linens. It was late so I accepted it.

I liked the space in the unit

I didn’t like having only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. I didn’t like not having separate bedding for the pullout sofa. Front desk said they didn’t have any extra clean in the building. My child ask me to go by sheets.

The kitchenette which was important to us. Location was great close to highways and stores and restaurants

Because of COVID, breakfast ended early and we didn't get breakfast. Also very few options. Would spend a little more money and stay at a better place.

Close to restaurants and Wal Mart/Sam’s Club. Our kitchenette worked well for our needs.

At check-in, the female staff member was not friendly. Soon after, severe weather was moving into the area and no announcements were made regarding the need to take shelter or anything. (Tornado sirens were activated in the community.) Property looked like it needed some repairs (inside and outside) and a good clean.

The front desk lady came up and checked it out and moved us to another room #405!

Took check in way too long because for the second time booking with you...they did not have me anywhere in the computer!?....also once we finally got into our room #307 and unpacked and ready to go out for the evening....we left out and checked the lock and realized the door was NOT locking at all!

Hospitality!

We had been driving from Washington state on our way to Virginia and had met a number of wonderful people but the people I met at this location were the most gracious and friendly such a happy surprise especially during these crazy times I would be happy to visit again if ever I do that trip again
