Love how open and big the room was. Bed was extremely comfortable.
TV wasn’t working properly. Green and blue stains on the shower head.

Spacious rooms, extremely nice/updated rooms, pool was warm, nice fire pit area out front, very clean
Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 on weekends. Not ideal when you’re staying for a baseball tournament and play at 8a. Had to leave before breakfast started so didn’t get to enjoy the free breakfast option.

It was a nice hotel. Comfortable bed.
Booked hotel weeks ago through Booking. Paid for a two queen bed room. Checked in and went to the room. It only had 1 bed. Went back down and told the desk. The lady informed me she didn’t have any two bed rooms clean. Its 5 o’clock. Check in is at 3. She said to give them an hour. So we left to eat and came back. She then informed me she still didn’t have a two bed room. That someone who works there had changed my room to a 1 bed room and sold the other rooms out. She didn’t know why she said.
I told her my reservation was for a two bed room and I could’ve booked a different hotel if I had known they weren’t going to honor my reservation. Stuck without much choice I requested they discount my room because it only had 1 bed. She told me she couldn’t discount it because I had purchased it through booking. So I was stuck with the room and the full price. Hopefully booking will address this or theres no point in using them if they don’t offer protections against this stuff.
