We had stayed for almost a month , always same room ,1st floor due my bad knees ( disability) on the last there ,we were put in room all the way around back , second floor ,office worker was hateful as always,the next morning at check out,WHEN LEAVING I FELL DOWN A FLIGHT OF STEPS FACE FIRST,,THE ONLY PEOPLE TO COME ME WAS 2 GUYS FROM HOUSEKEEPING,1 WENT TO OFFICE,BROGHT ME A BAG OF ICE,NOT ONE PERSON FROM OFFICE CAME TO CHECK ON ME ,NOT EVEN A MANAGER OR OWNER,SO ITS YOUR DECISION????
