Big rooms. Don’t be late for breakfast

Breakfast was over at 10 am Ton of food in the case but must have been a time limit on how long they had to clean up because they were in a hurry to shut it down. Come on it’s Sunday morning. I know you had a bunch of snow but a very bad job of clean up front looked good. Back was a train wreck.

I would be very mad if I had paid more. Luckily, the incidental fee was refundable.

The price was decent for two rooms.

At check in I was informed I could only continue if I paid a $250 incidental fee per room. It did not state that anywhere when I booked and I was unprepared for that expense. It was very stressful to scramble and find a solution so I could continue with the plans I had made. The rooms were dirty, there were items from previous occupants, drink rings on tables. It was incredibly loud throughout the night, so much so we didn't sleep well. Loud tvs, yelling arguments, slamming.

The room was very spacious and I liked sitting on the couch to watch TV.

The breakfast was only average. You offered all those foods that you have to reheat. When we reheated the bacon we were told that it wasn't supposed to go in the heating machine. Why offer bacon if you can't reheat it??

The overall hotel was ok, the complaint comes with the fact that we originally booked your hotel through Booking.com for the 4th, 5th, leaving the 6th of April. We cancelled that reservation through booking and received receipt of the cancellation and then we rebooked for the 3rd, 4th, 5th leaving the 6th of April. After we stayed at the hotel we received an additional bill for $ 290. When we called the hotel they stated that they had not received the cancellation from booking and that it caused them to hold the room for us. Complete BS as we added a day to our stay, nice way to rip people off. Will not be staying with this hotel chain again!

Spacious, lovely room in a perfect location for travelers!

love Home2Suites for the spacious and well equipped rooms, even when staying for only one night. This facility could have used a little more attention to cleaning but the bed was fantastic and I love all the light. Would suggest an actual blackout curtain between the bed and the sofa and, honestly, four pillows on a king bed are standard - we each like to have two! But, overall, good.

As above, more pillows and better attention to cleaning in the bathroom, otherwise excellent.

The bed.

Pool was closed without online notice. View was nothing but construction vehicles, parking was limited. Hallways was noise . Maid walked in room before check out time, woke me and my family in a shocking manner.. he did apologize but that was terribly terrifying. No fire pits were working. None smoking rooms, but no where to smoke to keep warm an on sideways due to non smoking facilities. Shower head had no pressure . The hide away bedding was dingy and looked nasty.

We loved our spacious room, the kitchenette was supplied with more than most hotels including dish soap we used to wash bottles with! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy. The welcome snacks were a hit with my kids and the free waters all day were a nice bonus with kids. The breakfast was great and had so many choices!
