Maricel was super helpful over the phone when I asked about early check in. She was honest about the availability and asked that I call back in a few hours. I did but was told there would be no early check due to the hotel being over booked the night before. I arrived early in town and Maricel happened to be the one checking me in. She was very pleasant and without me even asking she told me a room was ready. I really appreciated her anticipating my need.
When returning from a long day and seeing certain spots blocked with cones wasnât very friendly. I didnât want to park in the far back at night and being alone. If you want to have dedicated parking spots for VIPs then do so with a sign. So the other spots can be used by other guest.

The location was close to everything and was safe and has no smoking
It was not clean and the staff was rude and changed the policy after we came and the kitchen equipment wasnât working (stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine) and there is only 1 AC
