Great place to literally just sleep.

Location was right beside the 22 freeway i believe and it's 10mins drive to Disneyland. Also, free breakfast and they're on top of refilling the food station which is great.

The place is older so expect an odor when you get inside. Also, the front desk people looks like they're working just to have work, so don't expect full smiles, friendliness face or that kind of thing.

I didn’t like that I got charged twice the deposit without me knowing about it .. when I asked for the money back they told me I have to wait .. but why did you charge the first time double ? If I wouldn’t check my account I wouldn’t have seeing it! .. I don’t want to know how to how many people they do it .. Also did we had problems with the lift waiting 10 min to go downstairs.. also got our room cleaned very late and I had to wait an hr outside ! Planned was 1:30 but she started at 4 lol ..

The staff were very kind, property was in a good area with gated parking, room was spacious and water pressure in the shower was great.

Pillows were extremely flat, bed was overall uncomfortable and sheets and blankets were thin with obvious stains. Bathroom sink had very bad water pressure. Bathroom door also automatically shuts which can be annoying. We stayed two nights and after the first night, housekeeping TOOK some of our used towels and did not replace them. Towels also had a few different hairs that weren’t ours already inside. Walls were very thin, could hear everyone’s TV and conversations even with our TV on. Not to mention there were also just a lot of different noises that made it difficult to enjoy being in the room and sleeping, we consistently heard the elevator screeching and some other rattling noises. Overall, these shortcomings made it seem like a waste of almost $300 for just 2 nights.

Great hotel, staff & location.

We had a very warm welcome from the staff and as we arrived two hours early, they made it possible for us to have our room early. The pool area was comfortable and location of hotel was good. The breakfast was basic but nice and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ideal for families visiting Disney

The beds (twin room) were huge, and the room very spacious. The external facade of the hotel is quite grand, with a water fountain and palm trees. The swimming pool is rather small, but clean. The hotel is really close to Disney World.

The breakfast was uninspiring (as it happens in most USA hotels); and some of the staff members were quite wet behind the ears. I asked the front desk lady for tour suggestions, and her reply was “I don’t know, I never visit LA”. Lol! :P

Not a pleasant stay and will not return

I liked the location. It was very close to the freeway and pretty central to a great part of Orange County. The outside and lobby areas were also very nice.

There were ants on the floor, tables, chairs and finally in the beds, which made us change rooms. In the process I hurt my leg and am still limping. No insulation so it was very noisy. There was a mildew smell in the rooms. No room cleaning for seven days.

First night was horrible. Room too old…restroom got mold and lots of bugs flying around. Noted the staff but they took so long to let the maintenance know. We still have to wait in the room for 2 hours before the staff switch us to the new room. No sorry to us…nothing. We very disappointed…this is second time stayed at this hotel and it’s gonna last.

Hallways need air conditioning, they felt so stuffy and smelled so much like cigarettes. Rooms need to be cleaned better I seen dust on my counters looked like it had not been dusted off in a while, and one of my towels was dirty. Also the room also felt so stuffy when we walked in and smelled really bad. We asked for our room to be cleaned after our second stay and nobody cleaned it until we asked again.

The front desk was very courteous. The pool was a decent size. Free breakfast. I would have liked a cold option like yogurt. Hot breakfast included pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal. Toast and bagels. Cereal was offered and oranges and bananas.

I felt it could have been cleaner, if you’re on the second floor you will smell cigarettes from the first floor smoking rooms. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and everyone was woken and evacuated to the parking lot. There wasn’t any real notice about what happened. Word of mouth someone pulled the fire alarm. Three fire trucks showed up though to make sure it was safe.

The place was terrible in every way. Decor, room, cleanliness, layout, quality of furniture. Literally every way, the room was terrible. Bugs, broken furniture, messed up doors and shades. Everything about this place was terrible. Worst hotel I have ever been to.

Super Friendly Staff, good quality breakfast and spacious rooms. Well located close to everything. Just 10min from Disneyland, 5 from the outlets.

Air conditioning was extremely noisy at all times. Rooms (windows and doors) are not soundproof so every single sound from the pool, the street or the hall gets into it.
