Stinky stinky like skunk! Terrible body odor in all rooms.

Staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

The room stinks of terrible dirty body odor. Have never experienced anything like this even in the worst motels. They advertise king size beds, but you'll get queen size beds. It's dirty as hell and I've never experienced anything this stinky and this dirty. The terrible smell that even if you keep the windows open for days it still smells, it feels like it's stocked to the walls and the dirty carpet.

Great place to literally just sleep.

Location was right beside the 22 freeway i believe and it's 10mins drive to Disneyland. Also, free breakfast and they're on top of refilling the food station which is great.

The place is older so expect an odor when you get inside. Also, the front desk people looks like they're working just to have work, so don't expect full smiles, friendliness face or that kind of thing.

I didn’t like that I got charged twice the deposit without me knowing about it .. when I asked for the money back they told me I have to wait .. but why did you charge the first time double ? If I wouldn’t check my account I wouldn’t have seeing it! .. I don’t want to know how to how many people they do it .. Also did we had problems with the lift waiting 10 min to go downstairs.. also got our room cleaned very late and I had to wait an hr outside ! Planned was 1:30 but she started at 4 lol ..

Staff were very kind, property was not worth the money to stay.

The staff were very kind, property was in a good area with gated parking, room was spacious and water pressure in the shower was great.

Pillows were extremely flat, bed was overall uncomfortable and sheets and blankets were thin with obvious stains. Bathroom sink had very bad water pressure. Bathroom door also automatically shuts which can be annoying. We stayed two nights and after the first night, housekeeping TOOK some of our used towels and did not replace them. Towels also had a few different hairs that weren’t ours already inside. Walls were very thin, could hear everyone’s TV and conversations even with our TV on. Not to mention there were also just a lot of different noises that made it difficult to enjoy being in the room and sleeping, we consistently heard the elevator screeching and some other rattling noises. Overall, these shortcomings made it seem like a waste of almost $300 for just 2 nights.

Great hotel, staff & location.

We had a very warm welcome from the staff and as we arrived two hours early, they made it possible for us to have our room early. The pool area was comfortable and location of hotel was good. The breakfast was basic but nice and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ideal for families visiting Disney

The beds (twin room) were huge, and the room very spacious. The external facade of the hotel is quite grand, with a water fountain and palm trees. The swimming pool is rather small, but clean. The hotel is really close to Disney World.

The breakfast was uninspiring (as it happens in most USA hotels); and some of the staff members were quite wet behind the ears. I asked the front desk lady for tour suggestions, and her reply was “I don’t know, I never visit LA”. Lol! :P

I liked the location. It was very close to the freeway and pretty central to a great part of Orange County. The outside and lobby areas were also very nice.

There were ants on the floor, tables, chairs and finally in the beds, which made us change rooms. In the process I hurt my leg and am still limping. No insulation so it was very noisy. There was a mildew smell in the rooms. No room cleaning for seven days.

First night was horrible. Room too old…restroom got mold and lots of bugs flying around. Noted the staff but they took so long to let the maintenance know. We still have to wait in the room for 2 hours before the staff switch us to the new room. No sorry to us…nothing. We very disappointed…this is second time stayed at this hotel and it’s gonna last.

3 ppl in a room and only had two towels when we asked for more they said dirty none left? Pool was green and not clean hence we couldn’t swim No safe in room asked where safe was & got told they only gave 10 in reception for the whole premises & they were used Wifi kept dropping out

Good location, close to the freeway, Disney, ARTIC transport hub. Laundry facilities on site. Breakfast included. Spa next to pool beds were very comfy.

There is a pool but it looked green in colour so I didn't use it. Breakfast wasn't very inspiring.
