Staff was friendly, that’s about the most positive review I could give the property.

For the price, small rooms, dirty carpet, old mattress with the impression of a human body. Nickel and dime for every little thing. Extra charge for parking “daily “ for this part of the city that is ridiculous. I have never in all of my travels paid extra for coffee! No complimentary breakfast , that’s okay but a small muffin was $7 that’s insane. We would not return to this property.

This was not the best experience with this place. Dirty, damaged, and not well organized.

The location is exterior is nice.

The room was dirty. The sliding door did not lock and latch. It barely closed so wind kept coming in and making noise. The staff took a very long time to get towels to the room.

Great place, stupid policy

The hotel was clean and a great location. Great room for a good price.

I reserved the room for one night which was $156. Upon checking in, the clerk put a $460 charge to my card claiming it was a hold for incidentals?!? That kind of pissed me off since the card I used also happened to be my bank card. Now my bank funds are tied up for who knows how long. I’ve stayed at about 20 different hotel properties this year and this was the only hotel that did this to me.

We felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed at the hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the 405 and on Harbor Blvd. It was a clean room and stayed quiet inside the room. The pool was heated and my family had a great time!

It is a small thing but there was any much to walk to from the hotel. However everything was a short drive.
