Rude staff/manager. Avoid

Room was correctly equipped and internet was decent

Upon check-in and pay, I requested a invoice from them. The person who was checking me in told me that I could get all the info through my booking provider, and did not answer me in a very friendly way. I asked again by message through booking.com, explaining why I would need an invoice from and I got the same passive aggressive answer. They provided no explanation why they couldn't. To top it all off, no one ever come to clean the room in 4 days, and the room gives no guidance on basic stuff like how to use wifi, how to check out, what to expect in terms of cleaning, etc. You have to ask it all to the same rude manager. It made the stay very unpleasant!

They did not receive an amazon order that I need while I was at the expo and also they do not have conditioner and no early check in avialable.

Clean, modern Boutique Hotel

The room was spacious, clean and fairly modern. Check-in was simple and they gave a room on the 2nd floor, as I had requested. There were ample pillows and were very comfortable. The internet worked well. The surrounding area seemed fine and wasn't too far from the freeway.

Staff is horrible! the Indian lady was very rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. While checking in my partner walked in and she immediately got very upset and started discriminating and raising her voice. I matched her energy and she went ahead and cancelled our room, then her husband started yelling. WORSE PLACE!!!

Room was clean and bed was comfy . Easy check in and out . Front desk was friendly and helpful.

No coffee maker. Towels were thin and stained . Comforter had holes .

Flooded internally!

I was running the water in my sink when someone came knocking at my door, and the phone rang at the same time. There was a leak into the room below me, and apparently a significant one. I was told to turn off my water immediately, and I ended up leaving without taking a shower. When I went and spoke to the person at the front desk, he told me I could take a shower since it was the sink only that was flooding (how would I know they had separate drains underneath). I was already packed, dressed, and on my way! They did not offer me any concession for my next visit, a partial refund, or anything. I'll not go there again; it did not appear to be in the best neighborhood anyway, although I did not feel unsafe.
