Staff was absolutely amazing . So caring and sweet to my children all the time. Also super helpful. The room was clean and large . Definitely a good bag for your buck. Full breakfast was included and amazing. It did take a couple requests to actually get pots and pans for the room and wish we had real silverware and plates rather than plastic but overall it was a great experience .

The room layout was awesome. There was a weird smell coming from the first room we were moved out of and then another weird smell that wasn’t as bad but still there. The shuttle to Disneyland was convenient and the breakfast was great too.

Our overall stay was okay. We called for service for towels and for trash to be taken out and they never came. There was a roach crawling on the wall. You can hear every single noise especially above us. Wasn’t as clean as I hoped there were big stains in carpet and kitchen chair were wobbly.

Staff was friendly, but the service wasn’t acceptable. No towels in the room and several guests had the same experience. Took us almost 8 hours to receive towels. Only one washcloth in the room. Never received any more. Coffee maker didn’t work. This used to be a good hotel for. A Disney trip.

There was visible mold on the ceiling and walls in the bathroom. The couch and ottoman had large stains all over them, very off putting. The hot tub was barely warm.

When booking, I was impressed by the pictures. But as I got to the room, it was not as up-to-date as the pictures. When we first arrived, the door was already open, so we told the front desk, and they suggested seeing if there was anything wrong with it. They gave me the option to move to another room. The tub was still dirty; no bathroom mats were provided, and only towels were available. We also had to ask for trash cans since there were none. The pull out bed had a sheet on it already so we asked for another sheet and more blankets. We didn't trust the sheet that had already been on the bed. The bed in the picture is not the same. It was a basic bed. If you need a place to sleep, this is a good option, but if you want to relax and enjoy yourself in a comfortable setting, I would choose somewhere else. I will not be staying here again.

Hotels.com doesn’t do a good job at describing the rooms. They should allow customers that have actually stayed in the hotel to upload pictures of the room. I stupidly booked the room without looking at the yelp reviews that state there’s cockroaches in the rooms and the cleaning people don’t do a good job at all. When I spoke to hotels.com to see if I could get a refund or switch hotels but they denied me. So I had to pay for a hotel that I didn’t even stay in. Very disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com.
