The room was outdated...furniture and fixtures were broken or on the verdge of breaking...got cold in the middle of the night went to get a blanket but there was not one to be found...Barbie microwave turned on but took forever to heat my food up...but this is by far the worst the key card envelope that they put your key in they use them over and over mine was very tattered and you could tell it was USED...Parking was very limited and small...Staff not very personal I didnt feel comfortable.

An inconvenient and outdated stay with poor flexibility and an atmosphere that did not feel guest-focused.

This property is significantly outdated, with worn furniture and stained towels/linens that did not feel properly refreshed. The overall atmosphere was harshly scented with bleach rather than clean. Management was completely inflexible with early or late check-in requests (not even with an additional fee) and they also refused to store luggage, which is extremely inconvenient given the hotel’s close proximity to Disneyland. For travelers with late flights or park plans, this lack of accommodation is a major drawback. The environment also did not feel travel-focused and seemed to cater more to short-term “extra-curricular” visits if you know what i mean. I would not recommend this location for travelers seeking comfort, flexibility, or convenience.

The room was nothing like the listing. For paying over $500 I am very disappointed. I never write reviews, and I probably wouldn’t have if the customer service was better. There was mold in the bathroom, the shelf in the shower was cracked and broken. When we checked in the window was closed yet there were little bugs flying in the room. The second lock on the door was broken, the main light would not stay on in the room only the lamps. We forgot my child’s blanket and live 4+ hours away and already left the area, the hotel said they would not ship it back to us.

The Location was central to where I needed to go. Easy check in and out. There was always a place to park. I felt safe.

The towels were very small and thin. The towels I use to dry my car have more substance. Walls are thin, could hear my neighbor sneezing.

Short Uber ride to Disney.

We came back to our room to find it infested with ants, all over the furniture, bed, and our bags. Only solution the property had was for us to move to a one bed, meaning two people would have to sleep on the floor, and offered no compensation of any kind. Front desk was completely unhelpful. Cleaning service never came, and when we asked the front about it, they lied and said our Do Not Disturb sign was out, when it wasn't. DO NOT STAY HERE

Was kicking out due to there Jacuzzi room was flooded and was forced out one day early the management was very disrespectful walk in while I was not fully dressed at 6:00 in the morning did not give us a deposit from the prior room back or this deposit let alone is there issue their hotel they should have made sure because you were properly before renting the room to us I'm asking for a full refund

That's the management walked in while I was dressing let alone took a double deposit kicked it up one day early so 300 $400 later they kept and I didn't get to stay at the time I paid for

The location was good considering my partner and I were there for a quick Disney trip. Staff at the front desk was nice.

Bathrooms were a dirty and out of date. Messed up tile floors. bathroom door and door to the room had dirt stains on it. We also found 2 small roaches in the bathroom. The area near the AC was dirty on the floor. Looked like debris from outside.

Our stay here was an easy experience, no unexpected complications and that's all we can ask for!

It was peaceful for the most part. We really appreciated having the "do not disturb" placard respected. A lot of places we've stayed at, just come in anyway. The staff member we met was polite and helpful.

Probably the location, but honestly, for the price, what's a little spent on bus travel? One other thing, also minor, the tub didn't have a drain stopper, so no baths.

Worst bed ever

Parking location. And second floor without asking if I can endure my walk far to walk to another floor. Got the worst traffic right in front of my room! Loud cars and bright lights shining into our room directly in my eyes. I was also annoyed with how abruptly we were woken up. The front desk could have offered to call us for a wake up call. Instead she walked away as soon as the encounter of checking in, was over.

No customer service attitude. I was abruptly woken and ruined my headache and day. Then no creamer for coffee??? Just what do u need no thank you. You need give your customers good feedback so we will return. Friendly does get return customers you know

Very good pricing for the location and the room quality. The bed was very comfy and the sofa bed worked great for my child (just bring your own blankets), there was a fridge and a microwave in the room and the AC worked great! Good Value!

Parking lot is a little bit tight (i have a compact car) and not much of a view but it's great for sleeping and getting rest. Very quiet area.

LOVE the standard 2 pm check in! The king suite is HUGE (over 500 sf) and can sleep 4, but even if you only have one or two, the slightly extra cost gives you lots of extra space (with a pull out sofa bed and coffee table)

The location was decently close to Disneyland.

My partner and I had spotted several pieces of hair all over the pillows so we proceeded to the front desk to ask for a change of pillows when we were given 4 “cleaned” pillow cases and were told to change them ourselves. After getting back to our room we then noticed more hair on the new pillow cases and what looked like to be blood stained on two of the four pillows we had. Due to major health issues and inappropriateness from the staff/front desk. I had asked for a refund and was denied and asked to leave. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!!
