Locals stay

There really is nothing wrong with this place other than parking permit. The room is great (KING) with kitchen. Good breakfast. The area has easy access to freeway. If staying longer, food options within walking distance and other attractions within 15 minute drive. If you are not staying near South Coast, like the Westin or other Marriotts, this is the place.

The parking fee. What a joke this is. There is plenty of parking all around the hotel. There is no parking structure. The hotel is on a shared property with other businesses. The parking is like you would find at a motel 6. There is no maintenance solely attached to this hotel - that would be under there triple net lease. Pass needs to be posted by 12AM, which means they have a tow company come by and tow cars. Total money grab. It's the one thing that would make me never stay here again. Hence the two point ding.

My daughter and her family were to have the room right across the hall from my room, but their room had previously occupants that their cat had peed on the floor so they had to move to a room way down the hall from my room, which was a little annoying

Terrible bed in living room, still waiting to hear back from a manager!

Our stay was terrible, the pull out sofa couch was the Most Uncomfortable bed we had ever felt. My daughter couldn’t even sleep in it. I asked to talk to a manager that evening as well as the next morning and have yet to hear back from them. I want a refund on my night, I will never stay there again!

It was clean and modern

I had an issue with being double charged and the property manager didn’t handle it properly when speaking to an agent from booking.com in order to sort it out. Began speaking about me thinking I wasn’t aware when I was sitting in the lobby waiting on an answer about how I could get a refund for one of the charges.

Was fine for a quick overnight stay.

Location was great for us as we were attending a wedding party close by. Room had a kitchenette and fridge which were helpful.

Breakfast was mediocre - standard continental with a couple of hot dishes. Main complaint here is the organization of the breakfast room and coffee stand. It was very small for the size of the hotel. We were there Sunday morning and they closed breakfast at exactly 10 am. Most of the traffic flows between 9 & 10 on Sunday morning. Perhaps extend hours to 10.30 to ensure everyone gets a fair chance? It may also improve the value provided. We ended up at Starbucks around the corner.

Renovations under way! Be aware!

The location and the room styles. I’ve stayed here several times because of that.

The location was unexpectedly doing renovations. The lobby is completely gutted and dusty. One elevator had shredded butcher paper and tape covering the interior of the elevator; it was unclear what was being “fixed” with half of the paper torn off. My son and I actually felt unsafe to ride the elevator due to its appearance. I was also originally given a different room than the one I booked by accident by the staff and it didn’t have a pullout sleeper couch. That was rectified, and I went back to the lobby to get the correct room, but then the room I was next given, I noticed had a lot of paint on the chairs, walls, and furniture. It looked sloppy. I was very disappointed with the stay this time.

it needs a serious need clean. the carpet and couch were stained.

apparently they do not clean the rooms, bring fresh towels or coffee while you’re there. and we had no soap in the room.

Doing great

The spacious room with kitchenettes were awesome. Bathroom were roomy and clean. Restaurants are close. There was also a Starbucks, subway and flame broiler. Yummy. Next to freeway, but was quiet. Great choice. Overall the our stay was great!

Only bad thing was no sports channels, Disney and cable company In dispute. But overall the our stay was great!
