The breakfast was okey. The eggs were overdone but what to expect when you're feeding 100 people over a 3hr time frame. Rule of thumb is to be there at 6am for all the good stuff.

Signage for holiday hours for breakfast was confusing so I missed breakfast one day. 1 elevator was out of order several times but the other elevator worked fine.

It is located close to the freeway and not isolated. The property is modern and very attractive and comfortable furniture.

Parking was limited and the spaces side and on the back— were fairly lit especially for a single person to park and walk back to enter the reception and check in foyer.

Clean pool, nice hot tub, super clean room and bathroom. Nice shower pressure. Close to John Wayne Airport and also close to Disneyland (15 minute drive). There is a Starbucks near the parking lot and a Flame Broiler ( I think thats the name) fast food place.

Having to pay $15 for parking at the hotel that has a huge parking lot. They supplied only two wash clothes for a party of 4 for two nights. Had to go to the desk and get more and also a roll of toilet paper. Super expensive snacks at the hotel. Prices not up front on items. Should be clearly marked. Ended up paying 50 bucks for 3 ice cream bars and two meat and cheese snack trays for hungry kids late evening. My fault but didn't know how far away a convenience store was.

Convenient location, and less expensive than the hotels close by Disneyland.

The room was very nice and clean, and had a comfortable king bed. The breakfast was really good, and front desk staff was friendly.

The bathroom lighting was very dim - hard to apply make-up. There was no blow dryer (they said it had been stolen, and they didn’t have extras). Maybe they should install wall-mounted ones. The walk-in shower floor was extremely slippery, and should have either a mat or skid strips. We had to put a towel on the floor - someone could fall easily.

Probably was very clean. Service was good. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The location was perfect for our business travel. I need to mention the front desk was exceptional communication and was able to get us an early check-in kiddos to the front desk staff

We picked this place for the location. Overall it was a good hotel. The gym was nice and so was the daily breakfast.

Based on the location and the half full lot, parking should have been included in the room price. The internet was weak in our room so the tv did not connect to Netflix or other log in streaming.

I had a pretty bad experience. Booked for only one night since my son had a soccer tournament in the city. We arrived around 5 or 6 pm and checked in. We went to our room and after 30 minutes we received a msg from the tournament organization telling us the tournament was canceled due Hurricane Hilary. We decided to check out and go home since we had no idea what was going to happen. We spent half a hour inside the hotel and they refused to make a refund. The front desk lady refused to do it and a friend staying at Residence inn ( literally next door sharing the same parking lot) also by Marriot, did the refund for all parents that asked. It was a hurricane!! Something we have no control over and they still refused the refund. I was charged 200 dollars + 15 parking for 30 minutes inside the hotel. I guess I am never staying at Marriot hotels again.

EVERYTHING! The moment I walked in the lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms was CLEAN and nice and roomy. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable. We will definitely be back. The lady at check out was also nice and helpful.

Please make breakfast last until 10. When your traveling and you don’t get to the room until 11 pm, and your exhausted….. having to get up early the next day for breakfast is horrible!!! An extended breakfast to at least 10 am would be great! Please add Kleenex boxes to the room. I was actually surprised that there wasn’t one. One last thing, provide flavored coffee creamer for the breakfast nook and leave the coffee out a bit longer! PLEASE 🙏🏽😊💖
