Great place for a long stay.

Bed was very comfortable. TV system was smooth. Relatively well maintained. Breakfast was very nice, staff were friendly, amenities were sufficient, it was nice to have a play room, a business room, a gym, and Laundry for a long stay.

Housekeeping service was not very regular. some days were skipped. Coffee and tissues were not refilled unless asked for. Breakfast can have more variety over the week.

Actual hotel staff were impersonated by actors in Video production company. Our room security was compromised, things silted. Room was dirty w their garbage on a daily basis. Ignored request for room near entrance as we ate in transit” and had a full carload of belongings.

It was standard suites with appropriate facilities and good morning breakfast. Staff were nice and courteous.

Security in the parking lot was poor. Someone else’s car was broken in during the night of our stay. Felt super unsafe after the incidents. Pull out couch was uncomfortable for people to sleep in. Blankets were very thin and extra blankets they provided was not adequate either.

Overall, my stay at Staybridge is a hundred times better than at Hilton.

The location is good. The breakfast is better than Hilton’s. All the staff are friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel and breakfast area is excellent, making it a pleasant place to stay. I prefer staying at this hotel rather than at the Hilton. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. No one accidentally opens the door in the middle of the night, and the cleaning staff doesn’t come before guests have even checked out.

I booked a room for next month, and I hope I can be assigned the same room I stayed in this time. It would be perfect if they offered a room-selection option like Hilton. This doesn't mean I didn't like my stay --- just that having that option would make it even better.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and good food. Staff was very friendly at all levels. Good location for airport or local Irvine/Tustin area. Great place if having remodels or fire/flood damage at your house and just need a convenient local place to stay. Family friendly.

Very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, well maintained and with plenty of things to do on-site. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant.

Breakfast felt a bit chaotic — the staff seemed disorganized and it was rather noisy, which took away from the otherwise great experience.

Very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast. Close to food and Walmart. We walked. Very family friendly. Pool, basketball court, pickleball. Corn hole, foosball, mini golf, bbq and big gas fire place. Lots of outside lighting very safe area. Close to airport. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great stay in Irvine. Expensive parking.

Clean and modern property. Good location to explore Laguna and surrounding area (can access LA and San Diego at around 1.5 hours each).

Unless you call through to specifically ask for light touch room service (pick up wet towels, deliver fresh towels, take out trash), they do not come. 25$ per night for parking is ludicrous, they know you cannot go anywhere else.

The room was a breath of fresh air literally. We had a bad experience at the hotel we had initially booked before coming you. The elevator smelled good. The room smelled great was very clean and updated. Just Beautiful. Room 321 8/9-8/10/25

The pullout bed was uncomfortable. I could feel the mattress poking me in my back. I had to call for bedding. No flat or fitted sheet and a very thin throw cover. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

This is what i call RELAXATION!

I loved the openness of the place and the rooms were a good size , loved the bedroom with the comfy King size bed. The free breakfast was great! We usually it's just cereal & maybe muffins. But this was a full on meal & was so delicious.

The showers could be cleaner i saw dark spots in the corner. The water pressure is also terrible but the comfy bed made up for it.

Great suite with all the amenities for my family of 6. Lots of games and breakfast was great. Beds were SUPER comfortable and plenty of room for us to hang out and visit.

Didn’t like that the hotel fees and taxes were not included in the booking price and did not like having to pay to park overnight. You should not charge your residents parking.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Great breakfast, great amenities in the rooms.

Everything. Loved having the fridge and dishwasher. The breakfast was great and saved us a lot of money. They even had a pickleball court! On site laundry was super helpful since my son had to wash his baseball uniforms ( we were there for a tournament).
