I come here often when I am visiting Santa Ana. Its a great stay and there is aplenty to dine at and do at the Westfield mall. Its also next to the Discoverry cube so its perfectr if your visiting with family. Thanks for the stay!

Disappointed with the adjoining restaurant. We did have a neighbor who partied loud but not the staff's fault, and they did what they could to quiet our neighbors. Unfortunately, we were there for a funeral the next morning, so we just were not happy with loud neighbors after midnight.

Roaches!! On the towel my child dried off with, on the shower curtain! Stains on the beds, had to go buy lysol as this was our only hotel option for the night unfortunately, I would rather had stayed in my car parked in a parking lot then ever stay in this hotel, I'm still itching from the stay. & praying I didn't bring home any bed bugs! You guys are running this place knowing you have these problems with your hotel, yet you have the audacity to leave a freaking hotel tip envelope for the cleaning lady, I should have put the roaches in the tip envelope since thats what I got for a night from this hotel after I paid a bunch of money. Yall need to get this place in order or better yet just burn the building down. Because it's disgusting.

The photos of Booking. com showed rooms without carpet on the floors. I don't like carpet because they are never clean and always smell bad. My room had carpet, which was the only thing I didn't like. Other than that, everything was great!
