Clean room ,very comfortable with full kitchen and soft bed. Pet friendly

Positives: quiet and close to John Wayne airport. Ample dog walking area across the street. Close to grocery and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Negatives: Host (roompicks) was not accommodating when I needed to modify my stay by one day. The property was clean, but rooms only serviced at 14 days. Reservation included three adults, but there were no linens (pillows , sheets/blankets on pull out bed, towels) for the third adult. Comforter was torn and stained. Check in took over 20 minutes as no one was at the desk when I arrived.
