The property was great. Very convenient and staff was wonderful. The only downside was when we returned at the end of the day our room had not been serviced and we had no new towels. It may be the policy of the hotel to only clean rooms upon request but we were not told that on check in. Otherwise a great stay.

I book this hotel for showing a family member who sit on the wheelchair. The restroom is pretty large and mobile accessible. But when we get the room, the door is stuck and can not open. I have go back to lobby for 3 times. The receptionist girl is amazing ,helpful and patient. The room door is pretty hard to open. The restroom’s movable shower head is not working due to this reason I have to move my family member from the disabled shower chair to wheelchair to use the Main shower head. He is slipping down during this process which is a horrible experience. The main reason we stay in this hotel is because it has the shower chair and movable shower head, if the movable shower is not working what’s the point. It cause so much difficulty to shower the senior without the disable chair. The main shower head can not reach the area of the disable chair and the movable shower head is leaking water and not working. It is very dangerous for the senior people. And the engineer promise to fix the door issue but did not. But the receptionist girl who wear a glass is a sweet girl super nice and lovely.Notttttttt recommended for senior and disabled people it can be a DISASTER 😑!!!!!!!!!!

It had a comfortable and clean room. There was a leak in the plumbing in the shower. The close proximity to the freeway made it easy to go places, but also made it noisy at times.

Fire pit was not working. Was told to go and walk to the other property, which was too long a walk.

Way too noisy, with kids sports groups making noise at all hours of the night! Very frustrating. Breakfast also was just average. Hair in the room, shower, bathroom in general (from cleaners? Or other?)

The hotel staff was very friendly the only reason i’m giving a 4 star review is for the parking charge they don’t tell you about $16 per night.

Good stay overall. The hotel is located off the freeway, but you won't hear it from your room. However, there is a train track nearby and you will hear that, but only once or twice a day. The hotel did offer breakfast, and it was quite basic, as per usual for a hotel of this class. Rooms seems new and updated. Had good and comfortable sleeps each night.
