I wouldn’t stay here again if you comped my room!

No breakfast but location was good

It was close to the venue.I was attending

Room looked nothing like the photos online, discolored / dirty floor tile, stains on mattress and in bathtub, pubic hair in bathtub. Whole room smelled like cheap floral disinfectant. Homeless people outside of hotel and across the street in park. Traffic pretty loud until midnight.

Hotel charge me $100 deposit and didn’t refund when I check out.

Filthy, woman at the desk made me leave a cash only deposit. Aftera 6 hour flight, a rental car & a grocery run... When I got to the room food in the fridge and straight to the shower. As im getting into the shower the shower curtain was dirty,.. then I notice old soap on the shower shelves and start to look around and the shower is filthy. I get out and go to brush my teeth and there is old toothpaste and hair in the sink. I look at the rest if the place and red cool aid or something is spilled down the wall... doors and walls are filthy. I went to the front desk because i wanted my money back, its been about 20 minutes from check in and they refused to refund me. No way im sleeping in that bed, guessing its filthy as well. I booked another hotel near by. Still haven't been refunded for this dirty shower.

This is a Motel not a Hotel

Nothing is likable

Floors are dirty, towels have stain on them. Bed cover is thinner than a sheet with a stain on it. The headboard of the bed has sticky substance and is dirty Bathroom door does not close well and has pet damage on the bottom. Showerhead has no water pressure, there is cheap shampoo but no conditioner , the room smells bad the pillow and sheet smell bad. I rarely say this, but I wish I listened to my husband and did not book here . This is a motel not a hotel. I was in a hurry and needed last minute reservation and this popped up first on booking.com and I went for it. My husband warned me to make sure it’s a nice place and I was like, it says it’s a hotel so it should be ok, we weren’t looking for somewhere fancy , just a place to spend one night. But I wish I had checked more I don’t know how I’ll be sleeping here in all this dirt.

Thank goodness we only needed it for one night!

Old, run down, no closet, dirty couch, the electrical outlets were bad and our plugs would fall out, noisy street, tv only got one channel, remote was broken, no blankets, one shower towel so small , the tub creeped, only one pillow each, not a fresh air smell, stairs were dirty

Nothing. It looked and felt like a place the prostitution would take place on a regular basis. When I first got there, there were two police cars on the property with 3 cops arresting someone.

Saying it looked run down is an understatement. The room itself was dilapidated, grotesque, and filthy.

The lodging is close to freeways. It’s right across the street from a park. You can walk to a bunch of different restaurants. Lots of parking in the parking lot. I love that they had a microwave and a little refrigerator in every room.

The floor is tile but not only as a tile it’s 6 x 6” tile so when somebody rolls their rolling suitcase across the floor, you can hear the wheels hitting every groove in the tile. The location allows dogs, and sometimes the dogs will bark when they hear people walking outside the door or cry if their owners leave them in the room while they go to dinner and that can I wake you up. It would be nice if there was a place to hang up the clothes in the room.

dirty bathroom towels, broken refrigerator, tv remote not fully functional, some lamps missing light bulbs, no blanket...just a sheet and something very thin on top of that sheet. front desk clerk said my transaction with book.com did not go through and that i would need to pay cash. i did pay cash but forgot to ask for a receipt. this resulted in being charged twice.

It's an ok place, if you're not really going to be there. Just to sleep.

It was clean. I greatly appreciate that. The location for me was great. Easy to get in and out of my room.

It wouldn't take a whole lot more to provide shampoo/conditioner, and bigger bars of soap. AC unit looked like it was going to fall apart if I touched it. Pillows were so bad they were almost pointless. My rental car got badly damaged when it was parked in their lot.

Nothing. It’s the most ghetto like place I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was disgusting. The bed smells like urine. There’s people that are obviously on drugs in the hallway yelling at each other all night long so it’s impossible to sleep. The shower was so bad that I refused to shower in it. There is no possible way I will ever stay there again

Never got out of my vehicle. Facilities were dirty, in desperate need of a face lift. It was obvious that people lived there. It did not feel safe and was probably lacking in the cleanliness. I was not going to stay there. I cancelled and went elsewhere.

Nice stay

I thought the room was very nice and there was a big refrigerator in it. The lighting was nice and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was also nice. The bed was missing a blanket and the receptionist brought one to me right away. I got a very good night sleep.

The only thing that I didn't like was the back patio was open. Meaning anyone from the parking lot can walk behind your room to the patio and that made me feel a little uncomfortable, knowing that anyone from the street or the parking lot could come in behind the rooms. I didn't check the lock on the patio door to make sure it was locked and thankfully it was.

I like the host who attended me. She was efficient and no complaints.

I didn’t like that the trash was not taken out from the previous guest, the bathroom door was hanging on to the bottom hinge and couldn’t close properly, the television did not work, and the mini fridge was disconnected and made a loud ticking sound when it was connected.
