Really old tv, wasn’t that clean, beds are uncomfortable with one very thin sheet to cover yourself with. Bathroom was super small, and front desk help was ok not really able to understand them

2 things I feel need to be looked at. The first is the price of the rooms. They are a bit excessive especially with their so called, it's the weekend excuse. The hotel rate really needs to be much lower. This hotel along with many others in the immediate area is owned by an Indian family who now run a monopoly on the hotels and they are doing a major disservice to themselves by having the rates higher. If you charge less doesn't mean you will have undesirable people getting rooms, it means your motel will be sold out solid every night which is what you want. And enough with the so called deposits. That is another money grab by some family members who tend to be unscrupulous and wanting to pocket extra money. This is a common trait and it is wrong. Not all of them do it but the ones who do really give the rest of the family a bad image..

Kind staff but not clean enough for the price

Very convenient location for my needs and the staff was very courteous. I appreciated the covered parking as well.

The room was not very clean when we first arrived. There was hair on the floors and in the sink. The linens and towels were poor quality and our room had shutters that didn't block the light as well as curtains would have. We left a tag on the door requesting cleaning service while we were out for the day but the room wasn't cleaned, though the tag had been flipped to "do not disturb." I know many places no longer clean every day but I generally expect motels or hotels to let me know if I need to request housekeeping services specifically. My key card also didn't work the next day for some reason. It was easy enough for the front desk to fix but it was a nuisance that I haven't had to deal with elsewhere. Personally I'd only stay again if the place were half what I paid.

Don’t say at this property you won’t get sleep especially if you our traveling for work.

I was not a fan of this property seen I thought it was in good location would thought it was a good area but it was not I was not able to get rest.

The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in the sheets on the bed made it worst it was not a cool blanket it was a skill very uncomfortable and on top of that at 3am the alarm goes off seen a guess was smoking in the room and after that I was not able to go back to sleep. I spoke to the manger when I check out and she was very rude and was like it happens.

The stuff made it easy and simple to just check in. Know hassle. Had a good night. Stay relaxing. No issues. Was nice. Had a microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of room. All in all I was happy with my experience and I will come back here again

It's next to a freeway, so if you're in one of the far rooms you can hear some of the traffic in the morning, but nothing too bad It was tolerable

Overall, you get what you pay for so it was a fast location that we could get.

It was quiet and the area was nice. The TV had a variety of channels and Wifi was good.

There was so many stains underneath the bed and some on the sheets so we just didn't use the sheets. The shower curtains looked stained as well.

the laundry space was outside so I didn’t feel comfortable doing it there. the coffee maker didn’t work (the coffee looked like a good blend!) the walls are thin and the neighbors were a bit noisy.

I would pass on staying at the Tustin Inn.

We stayed there because of the location. The water was nice and hot for showers. Plenty of available, free parking. Free ice is available. Price is most reasonable.

The coffee pot didn’t work. The microwave sounded horrible and couldn’t be used if someone was sleeping. We came back to our room in the early evening to discover that housekeeping had not been done. I had to change my room to the first floor upon arrival due to no elevator and was unhappy that there were only double beds on that floor. The mattresses were rock hard so no sleeping!
