Needs upgrade.

It was close to knotts

What I didn't like was all the drug dealing going on there. The wallpapers were peeling off the walls there was mold in the corner of the room up at the ceiling the furniture looked like it was dragged down the road.

Location was good the refrigerator was un plugged and it smells like mold the guy upstairs was unhappy with me talking a shower at 4am noisy outside people that don't belong there are hanging out in parking lot

The location

Rooms were not clean at all, O say rooms because my brothers room was as dirty as ours, There were hairs and dirt on the floor’s bathroom looked so dirty. We stayed 2 nights and asked for clean towels and said the laundry was closed.

Horrible

The only good thing was that it wasn't very far from Knott's Berry Farm which is where we were going

There were sketchy people that were living there. One of them almost hit my son with his car. My husband left something in the room and within 30 minutes of us checking out they had already cleaned the room and said that they didn't find anything so they stole from us.

Well I will try and share my experience with out a word limit , anyways from the start w walking into the office ,dude was slow and very unclear of knowledge of the policies or rules or any of that . They want a100 deposit n has to be cash besides that the worst part was supposedly “. “ all my cards were declined I tried 8 of them(cards) n each one had enough money to cover the purchase and deposit! Well the guy front desk employee was pretty much say or suggesting it was my cards . Yes cuz I have nothing better to do with myself or life to sit there and waste time and money and my energy on lying about having money to cover a booking. For one night (sarcasm) I definitely booked a room just cuz I was bored and broke lmao. Anyways he gave to hardest time plus it was taking his sweet time . He dropped the deposit down to 50 but again he needed cash so I went and got cash and took it in . GUESS WHAT??? ! He didn’t have a change !! So from the start it’s been a fkn hassle . He asked if I wanted upstairs or down I said down then gives me keys to an upstairs room . He said the place was about 50/50 occupied , I then asked for an upgrade for all the inconvenience . He said no they are all booked up . BRUH !!!! And couldn’t even give me a late check out and idk what others said it was clean and comply

The overnight staff was awful and if that was the manager I spoke with in the morning over the phone so is he defending the unprofessional work his employee did. Mistreating me with impatience, disrespectful, and with his words he was not there to please me. I don’t always lose my cool with him the way he snapped his finger giving me orders made me give him lip.

I feel like the guy was unfair and made me feel so little.

I was woken up by overnight clerk who was very disrespectful like if I was something to give orders to he was awful and above the law attitude and out of line snapping his fingers at me and the tone was and he said that he was not there to please me or satisfy me one of those words he abused his authority state of mind when he threw me out in the middle of the night. From the beginning he was rude. I want a full refund and he can keep his apology If he ever feels the need to do so, he had no humility or compassion to another human being. It’s sad that people like him have the power to treat someone to be beneath him

Location good, staff tried to help. Run-down facility and I felt unsafe w/o a latch.

The staff tried to be helpful. The room was good-sized and there was a bathtub as well as a microwave oven. Cleaned well. The location was good for a visit to Knott's Berry Farm.

The TV didn't work in my room. The woman at the front desk came to try to get it working, but every channel just said "channel not available." Nothing could be done that night but they offered to fix the TV or give me a dfferent room for the second night. I had to leave early, so vacated the room and checked in again around 11:00 pm the second night and was given a key to a dfferent room. Discovered after getting ready for bed that there was no remote control for the TV, and I couldn't find any buttons on the side to turn it on, so room 2 was also without TV (wasn't worth changing back into street clothes to get it dealt with). This room didn't have any hangers. The latch on the outside door was broken and the bathroom door was badly damaged around the lock. There weren't any USB ports in either room, nor clocks. The reading lights attached to the headboard didn't work. A small roach ran across the bathroom counter in the morning.

Do not stay

How little time I spent here is the only positive thing I have to say. The wall paper was falling off the wall. Bugs were killed and left on the ceiling. It was awful. We couldn't cancel either because it would have meant losing all our money in the hotel anyway.

Everything. The hotel lies about what they look like and that the rooms are all nice. Paint was different colors and peeling off the wall. Lamp shades were bent and ripped.

There was a nocturnal bird (whippoorwill) that nested right across from my room. It was so loud that I had trouble sleeping. The carpet was stained and very dirty.

Location was good. Good selection of television channels. Bed was comfortable

Hpusekeeping was terrible. They could not understand English. There was two of us. They didn't leave enough wash clothes and towels even when I tried to communicate that to housekeeping. Three different nights I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. One day, they didn't even clean the room let alone give us fresh towels.

Pleasant surprise and comfy room!

We loved that we were close to Disneyland, did not have to drive to our home late and come back early. Saved us not only time and gas $ but, we could just rest. The room was VERY comfortable! We loved it. Clean, spacious, and we appreciated the little amenities: Kleenex, shampoo and conditioner, soap bars, the microwave, and the fridge. Even the desk chair was a step up from the plain plastic chairs you find elsewhere! Edgar helped us at the front desk, was pleasant, and greeted us with a smile. We needed that after the long lines and crowds at Disneyland. We will definetely remember the Buena Park Inn and book them during future trips to Disneyland. Thank you! :).

clean, quiet, cozy. All the amenities were overly stocked in the room housekeeping was extremely friendly front desk was extremely helpful.
