Will never stay here again. Recommend no one else does either

Nothin other than location

Everything else. Dirty. Disgusting. Black mold. Less than half full and they put everyone in the 3rd floor. I happen to be staying next to 2 call girls. When I complained to front desk. They did nothing.

The room was fairly comfortable.

When I arrived, the clerk demanded a cash deposit of $50, which I declined and insisted I would not be doing. He finally agreed to no deposit. There were druggie people in the parking lot the ENTIRE night yelling and fighting and no one from the property did anything about it. I was up the entire night. I will never stay here again.

It was OK.

The rooms were clean. The soap and shampoo dispenser had a good fragrance. There ample parking is included with the room fee. Buena Vista Inn is in a great location close to many places to eat and entertainment.

First, there is a required 50-dollar cash deposit. Which was not mentioned at all when the booking was confirmed. The walls were thin. Towels were too small to dry after showering. The flat-screen TV was a little too small for the room.

Great Price for a Great Room

As always the room is extremely large with a very comfortable bed. Great location to get to knotts.

Sometimes there are some sketchy people that are outside with their carts and smoking. They walk around the property just staring. Makes my girl uncomfortable.

I’m not recommending this hotel for a family with children

The price

Not clean, located in a bad site of the city and they were prostituide activities where the police was involved. No coffe maker in the room, front office was not open to the public and coffee was not available. No breakfast were available, and finally Front office staff very rude. I’m sharing some pics of how bad the room was for what we paid.

Cheap Laundry

1. Air con kept cutting on & off 2. One bed had 2 legs, not 4 so would tilt forward when sat on 3. No coffee/kettle/cups/bowls/spoons 4. Toilet kept getting clogged 5. TV remote wouldn’t go lower than 13 6. Towels were scratchy 7. Hard beds 8. Very loud exhaust fan in bathroom

Great value! Great Price! Great Room!

Check in was fast and friendly. The room is amazing as always. Comfortable and large. Bed was also comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave came in handy. Always enough parking too. The staff was friendly as always with me. Favorite place to book that's cheap and great location.

This time we had some very suspicious people walking around the property and looking at us a lot. Made us a bit uncomfortable. This is the first time it has happened in the many times we've stayed here. We'll continue to stay here though.

Amazing comfortable room and great price!

We needed a little getaway for Christmas and of course we chose our favorite place. This place is a great price, big room, and comfortable bed. We had the best Christmas and a best night sleep.

There was nothing this trip that made it bad. We did run out of toilet paper but the front desk gave us a couple more rolls. So nothing really bad.

My #1 Motel Stay

My girlfriend& I really liked how affordable this motel is, especially when deciding to extend for multiple nights. The king room is exceptionally big. I am very big on cleanliness and to my surprise the rooms were very clean and welcoming. My girlfriend stated she liked how, even though it is a motel, it gives her hotel vibes because of the carpeted room. I also liked how their plasma TV was able to change sources and made the stay entertaining since I was able to connect my personal laptop with an HDMI and connect with the motel's WiFi. Netflix and chill all night, oh yeah!

So, I have stayed here in two different occasions, but within the same week. During the first stay in the first king room, it was exceptionally great. Moving forward, during the second stay, I was booked into a different king room, and this room didn't have a sofa such as the first room I stayed, but it had an accent chair. This room's toilet suction wasn't effective as the first room I had. Also, the A/C units were leaking on the outside, but worked completely fine.

Great accommodation in Buena Park, near Knott's Berry Farm

There's no breakfast included at this motel. The room that was booked during my stay was quite pleasant, very large 1 King bed space. The cleanliness of the room was great. Accommodations were met and the communication of the motel manager was great as he was able to do price check on my extended stays.

The lock on the door definitely works, but in my opinion, it just seems to be outdated and needs to be replaced.

The staff was friendly. The room service made up the room upon request. The location was close to my conference venue. It was clean.

Free wi-fi was inconsistent. Sorry there was no pool or even continental breakfast.

our first room was a non smoking room and as soon as we walked into the room it smelled like cigarettes so we got moved to another room the carpet left out feet black from being dirty and the bed was rock hard no type of comfort

Annual company retreat

What I liked most about this property is that during my family’s stay, it was relatively quiet, perhaps because it’s located at an angle slightly away from the busy hustle and bustle of the busy main street where Knott’s Berry Farm is at. Most importantly, we felt safe staying there.

We stayed in room 206, located on the 2nd floor, just above the registration office. This room was clean, but with a slight musty oder which is typical of older hotels/motels. It did not have a coffee machine, and there are cigarette burn marks on the bathroom tub near the toilet.

There is honestly nothing I could say I liked as I paid for this room and even was scammed by not receiving my $50 reward/wallet APPLIED because it was reported that I cancelled my stay for the booking so I am not sure why this occurred and after holding for over 30 minutes with BOOKING.COM, was disconnected on~~~

There were mice droppings in the bathtub, no soap nor shampoo and the room smelled musty and mildewy if that's even a word.... The lady upon check in is rude and to say the very least, JUDGEMENTAL... placed my family and I RIGHT ABOVE her... kept reiterating that checkout was promptly at 11:00 A.M. pssst! Lady, I travel just to get away as much as possible and for business often, this place was the worst and for the price I paid, I would at the VERY least expected some respect in her tone! She mentioned a deposit as if it were a million dollars to me and all this while she held my BUSINESS AMEX card in her hand. The nerve of some people... NEXT TIME, eliminate the mice droppings and ensure there is not someone else's blood on the damn bed sheets/pillow cases. That is very disturbing. You placed me above your office and yet the people right across from us were running back and forth all night and slamming doors....

Huele a muy limpio muy cerca de walmart dominies pizza knots y un mall, tiene refrigerador y microondas muy practicos estacionamiento amplio, lo recomiendo y si regresaria de nuevo :)

Los vecinos de la Habitacion de al lado parecen homeles y en la Madrugada hacieron mucho ruido (ultima noche de hospedaje)

No es un lugar agradable

La verdad nada.

La cama incomodísima, colchón muy duro. Muchos ruidos de noche, gente hablando y gritando 4 de 4 noches que duró mi estancia. Mucho movimiento de gente y coches en la noche en las habitaciones de al lado. Ambiente no seguro ni familiar. El parking muy sucio de botellas, vasos, restos de comida….. Además a veces casi no había lugar para estacionar el coche aún siendo huésped. El personal de recepción muy seco, nada amable. Hay muchas opciones mejores relación calidad-precio. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

El cuarto del hotel estaba limpio sábanas limpias toallas limpias lo que no me gustó fue el olor a humo a marihuana y no te sientes segura por el tipo de personas que rentan los cuartos
