I saw cockroaches in my room so I immediately went and checked out, I’d rather spend a few hundred more to be in a nicer

The staff. The were rude . And didn't tell us til after it was time for checkout that we had to checkout... wouldn't tell us why.

Location and Price.

What I did not like is the parking situation, If you are planning to stay out late. You may not find parking at all. I had to park 3 blocks away. Also had to ask for a towel 3 times. Did not have a towel in my room to begin with. Only got the towel the 3rd time had to ask for it. Asked house keeper, said she was too busy, and to wait. She never delivered the towel. I asked the front desk, said they were still washing them, and will deliver to my room once done, nothing. third time I asked finally delivered it.

About this only decent thing was the size of the room

So I checked in and the FD person barely said anything. Didn't say he was charging my card for the deposit. The website said cash or card which in this case I was going to give the cash. Also the site said 20 deposit but was charged 25. The bed needed a new mattress, Top lock on door was broken. The toilet seat was broken and loose. Noisy neighbors and management did nothing about the blaring music which went past midnight. Area was a bit seedy. Then when I checked out the new FD agent was quite brash when I asked for a receipt. Glad it was only for 1 night.

It was terrible from the start to the finish.

We did not like anything about this place and would never recommend it to anyone!!!

The place is very old and run down. We were told we would have a smoking room and when we arrived and we were told no. The room was not ready when we got there at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The bed sheets were soiled and dirty and so we slept on top of the bed. You had to pay for ice if you wanted ice. The stairs were terrible and not up to code. Someone is going to fall for sure. There were no hand towels provide so we had to use paper towels that we brought. The room was not cleaned when we came back on Friday at 2:30 p.m. so we left. The TV channels were terrible. We asked about it but the answer was vague. We will never stay at this place again and would never give it a good rating or recommend it to anyone!

The bed was the best.

The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get up

Old fashioned furniture, needs a make over. Looked like a 70s motel. I went to open the fridge and the whole door fell off. Smh

Exceptional

The lady who helped me was amazing. I appreciated what she did for me. There was a miscommunication, and I thought I was going to have to cancel. When I went back up to the window, she told me to hang up and she would take care of it. I was able to check in and be able to sleep after work. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The fact that they had a mini fridge and microwave was a blessing! It helped save me money while I was there. The bathroom was decent. Was able to shower comfortably and had plenty of hot water. I would definitely book again with this location.

Don’t stay or bring a guest!

The management at the hotel was soo rude I would definitely recommend reading the reviews. The pool was not working when I arrived and it said on booking. LCom that it was working so he’s definitely false advertising. It’s a privately owned hotel in a very sketchy area not too far from the convention center but the paint on the doors was chipping off It didn’t look like the door would barely close my first night I slept with all the lights on I arrived around 6 o’clock and I was given a piece of paper to sign, and it stated that you couldn’t have dogs pets or any other guest and like most hotels I didn’t bring anybody, but I know most people do. I was here for convention so I wanted to bring friends over and he tried charging me $57 per person or he said a guess could stay 2 minutes and asked when I could have company over or visitors not to even stay the night he would yell at me and tell me no then he told me that if I didn’t like it I could leave after taking my deposit. I asked him the next day because I thought he was confused with what he told me like I’ve never been to a hotel and you couldn’t have guest or visitors that aren’t even staying and I was here for convention so I asked him the next day, and he was yelling and it was like if you don’t like it you can leave. He was so unprofessional and I’m definitely going to leave a YouTube video and a review about this. Not to mention he charges for ice. Which is ridiculous. If this is your last resort fine but I would look around before staying here.

The AC worked just fine and there were plenty of towels. The maids respected the Do Not Disturb sign.

The wifi was atrociously slow. There weren't enough pillows. The freezer didn't keep anything cold. The shower nozzle was too low. And I resented the $100 deposit policy.

Great location for work at Anaheim Convention Center.

Owner Mike was very nice and provided aclean and comfortable room, with nice bed and bedding. Room has refrigerator and microwave and a flat screen tv with lots of channels.

Area is a bit sketchy, but that’s Cali.

GARBAGE!COCKROACHS IN THE ROOM. TRASH EVERYWHERE! The night desk boy was mean and didn’t seem to care about there customers. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT ASAP!!!

A good place to rest and recharge

Hot showers and clean towels... Cleanliness... By a lot of places to get food...and you can store it or reheat it in your room... Microwave... Mini fridge... Coffee... Sockets that hold your plugs.. the college football games...love it.

The thermostat only gets hot... Not cold The bed sounds like it's gonna collapse.. I'm 212lbs The WiFi is a challenge to input into your system... No real instructions to input it on your Xbox or tablet.. or the number is not taken.. says mistake.. 👀
